Although their service here is great, there’s not that many plates I am happy to choose from. The quality of food from Cheddars has definitely changed over the years so I don’t come here often but I came because I took someone out to lunch and this is one of their favorite places. The ambience was laid back and the server was nice and gave me some great recommendations. I went with the chicken Dijon and mushrooms with a side of carrots and broccoli and was able to almost finish my plate. My date had the chicken fried chicken and loved it!

Food is delicious! Depending on what time you go, you might have a long wait. Of course, the bigger your party, the longer your wait.
The croissants are warm and buttered well. Once you get a bite you can't get enough of it. The ribs I get here are good and worth the price.

The service was pretty good. However, I didn’t realize until after we left that the first Long Island iced tea that was watered down was not removed from the ticket. Paid for 2 and received 1. Ugg. Will look at receipts closer from now on. Live & learn. However, I did enjoy the Victory Lane cocktail.

While getting seated in a timely manner wasn’t an issue, the wait for our food once we placed it 15 minutes after we arrive was horribly long! Never have I ever waited this long for my food and wasn’t really told what was going on and what was taking so long with our food. We waited close to an hour and a half from when we placed our orders to actually getting our food. Then when the food did arrive my steak was overcooked and honestly the only reason I stuck around until the end of my meal was because I was meeting an old friend to chat. Server was exceptionally kind and apologetic and I understand the blame is not with him but with the managers not able to manage the kitchen appropriately and in a timely manner. Do not recommend this restaurant location, maybe somewhere else for their croissant but otherwise never going to this location again.

Well, usually we have good food and good service, but on this occasion we were seated and no one attempted to serve us. We called on a server passing by our table, he just ignored us. There was a busser cleaning the booth next to us. We asked if there was someone who was gonna be able serve us. He said "were probably short staffed tonight. We were sitting, and waiting thinking he was gonna a go get a server, but he went on doing his job cleaning tables. Like didn't really care. We got tired and left. Went to another closeby restuarant. They served us right away.

Service is great. My family and I went a couple days ago. But one of the dishes we ordered was the Creamy Garlic Tilapia and Shrimp, which was way too salty for our taste. So would not recommend that dish.
