No taste on the food (bland chicken, simple rice) they couldn’t event close my burrito so they had to put it in a bowl. This place has gone downhill within the past year. There is nobody in the kitchen that looks like a responsible adult, just a whole bunch of kids. Terrible!

I had to wait for approximately 10 minutes for them to get more white rice. The server walked to the back and took a long time to come back out. Finally another server came in and they didn’t have guacamole or cheese for my order. I will go to another location in the future. My meal is incomplete without guacamole or cheese. Now I have to go to the grocery store to get the missing ingredients ?

Not enough food on the servings on 15 dollar burritos with two different orders also everyone had an attidude the kitchen was a mess and we had to keep repeating our selves to put more food on the burritos because they weren’t giving us the right servings.

There were like 5 employees, but just 1 actually serving customers. Then this kid comes from the back without a hat and no gloves, i didn't see him washing hands touching the utensils. The store needs better management.

I love Chipotle steak burrito bowls. On 3/14/2024 I ordered a steak burrito bowl with extra steak for an extra charge online. I picked it up at 8:50 p.m. as promised, and set it in the front seat of my truck to eat when I finished my job in their vicinity. It was about 11:00 p.m. when I finished and went home and dug into my steak burrito bowl. It was then that I discovered my extra steak, steak burrito bowl did not have any steak in it at all. So I ate my lame veggie burrito bowl and called the next morning to see what they would do to address the problem. Their phone answering software is a nightmare, not too bad for the first 30 seconds or so but quickly turns into torture. I finally got someone in the store after about 15 minutes of arguing with a recorded voice that's pretending to type while I talk and pressing buttons on my keypad (I think 8 connected me to a person). Now, I have a choice of going through another telephone virtual maze of torture to get my refund from corporate or I can go back to Pasadena for lunch today and get them to remake the bowl they should have made for me last night. We'll see how it goes.

I never do reviews but i think i have to for this experience with a worker named Salomon. Im gonna start off by saying that this chipotle has always given me problems. Ive always had to wait 30+ min for a mobile order, and when i get it, its very skimpy. Well today that changed. Thanks to this worker, i was in and out very fast and he gave me exactly what i asked for. Very respectful man and a good work ethic. Chipotle did a good job hiring this dude. Definitely the best worker ive ran into so far. Give this man a RAISE!

This place is by far the worst Chipotle I have ever dined at, they never have anything prepped or don’t want to bring it out, their work stations are disgusting customer after customer, workers not wearing hair nets or hats with a Afro. Absolutely disgusting and disrespectful to customers who want a quick meal on the go.

I’ve eaten chipotle hundreds of times. Over the years this location has declined. The Spencer location is much nicer, better service and the food quality is better.

Arrived at 4:00PM, no one else was there, but four guys working just standing around. The guy who finally went to take my order had to huff and puff because I told them nevermind on my order since they hardly had any protein at all. I even told him I could wait for the steak and he told me they weren't making anymore the rest of the day. Absolutely terribly customer service
