I had a horrible experience with their hiring manager not to mention she had already yelled at my little girl. We went to speak to her a week prior and two days ago this was our third time going in person to hear or speak to a hiring manager. The website specifically allows 15 yr old to apply. After asking my daughter to wait and was rude she then yelled at me in person more than once’, she even dared spoke about how spring break had ended. If I had an idea that it would need to take weeks in order to check on a status of application I would have not drove up their 3rd time. I should have recorded her because I still can’t believe the way we were both treated someone needs to fire her. In the end she replied to my daughter that her application was not found. Also in the end she said there wasn’t any more positions for a 15 yr old. The application states 15 and above my daughter is 15. She told her to come back when she is 16.

Expensive and over priced. They will over charge you for everything. They wouldn’t even allow me to bring in my daughter’s water when it contained her medication. This place is not worth it. Would not recommend to anyone.

Poor Customer Service, gentleman at entrance wanted us to take a picture of our group/family, he did not offer to take it for us (7 people) and took everyone else’s pic but ours( we did it ourselves), he asked us to take the line outside even though there were 2 families that came in after us (it was raining). We left after coming back down the street- there was No line outside.

I haven't been to Chuck e cheese in a couple years and this was my first time to return since the remodel. Prices have skyrocketed, games don't have much of a return for "e-tickets", and the food is really not worth the price point at all. I think I won't return for another few years.

We waited at the prize counter for the lady to finish helping customers up front. Once we were being helped new customers walked in and she just walked away to help them while we were still picking prizes. Very rude and unprofessional.
