I placed an order through the app and paid to have it gift wrapped. It was delivered without the gift wrap and I called and spoke to the shift lead and he wasn’t very apologetic or sincere. The cookies were good, but paying extra for gift wrapping and it doesn’t come delivered as it should is disappointing. Customer service is important and based on my experience it’s lacking at this location.

Bad customer service. We went to the counter to order. We stood at the counter for about 5 minutes without being acknowledged by any servers. The young lady with glasses, and nose piercing had a bad attitude. Suggestions to make this establishment better: 1. Acknowledge paying customers2. A simple hello or, "Welcome to Crumbl!" 3. Having common courtesy to explain to paying customers the NEW system of ordering cookies.We are patrons to this establishment from it's inception (the Atascocita location) where there was no kiosk. I think workers should be mindful to explain to customers their expectations to ordering cookies.#dobetter
