This location has terrible customer service and even worse food. Don't come here. Go to literally any other location or pick some food out of the garbage. That would be better than the food at this location. If could give zero stars I would.I purchased a 6pc chicken strip basket and when I got home I noticed the strips were darker than usual. I immediately noticed the fries were soggy but gave them the benefit of the doubt and when I bit into the first strip I saw the inside was grey and overcooked. I thought it might have been just one so I ate around it but soon noticed all of them were like that and decided to back. To add, I have been eating at this location for 15+years and have never seen the chicken be this low quality but, I digress. When I arrived, the dining room was closed already but one of the employees open the door seeing I had the bag in my hand. I showed them the grey chicken and told them that it was unacceptable and the employee agreed to them being grey and admitted "all the chicken strips are like that". Ridiculous. I told her that doesn't make it right that they serve such bad food consciously. She told me "if I made you some fresh ones and showed you they were all like that [grey] would you eat them?" I told her no and reiterated that is not okay if they "are all like that". She said no one had complained before (which I find very hard to believe) and told her I'm letting them know now. I obviously asked for my money back but was denied because I had eaten some of it. I even offered to not get the entire amount back and to give me a portion of the cost and I would never return. Again I was denied but, I showed her more of the grey chicken and she took the bag and receipt to show the manager. She quickly came back and was refused a refund or any other solution. I asked why and she said "I don't know that's what she told me" so I asked for the manager to come talk to me and explain why they weren't willing to offer a solution and the employee said "she can't she's busy". Mind you, there was no one in the drive thru and, obviously, no one inside so I asked for the manager to come and give me a reason why but she quickly handed everything back and said to come back in the morning and talk to the owner. I work, like most people, and couldn't go back in the morning so I asked for their contact info and the employee vaguely waved at the doors and says "that's all on the doors" but I couldn't see where so I asked where that info was but she cut me off mid sentence and shut the door in my face. I knocked and said where but she was already walking away waving her hand at the door behind her like before. It's honestly not even about the money anymore. I think this location needs new employees and management that actually have some customer service skills. I don't really support "the customer is always right" but you at least have to treat paying customers with some decency and respect no matter if you disagree with them. That is not what I got and they've been disrespectful before but never to this extent. The employee was never rude but just didn't show any courtesy or customer service skills. The manager didn't even show her face and that's not acceptable.

The workers this one girl Bianca is a very hard worker. She's polite and helpful. There are other workers just standing around. Two other ladies walk around checking everything as we are going to steal something. But the Mexican ladies are the Best cooks.

If you are a BROWN person STAY AWAY !!!! This location has an Indian decent Owner who is beyond rude and obnoxious to say the least!! A Owner that should not be in Business but had the money to start a business so he did . After placing my order at the driver thru and proceeding to the window for the $.85 small blizzard, a man came to the window and shouted "if you don't have the pull around and come inside ." I parked and walked inside, waited for a while and after waiting without and assistance silently, the same young lady Natali that helped me over the intercom came to the counter to assist. She was very polite explaining that I just needed to show her any QR code for any location because their location does not show up. (That's one issue) So I showed her a location but it did not have a QR code . MR Grouch walks passed speaking abruptly "it has to be the DQTexas app, if she doesn't have the app she has to pay full price ". Speaking to Natali in a soft tone I was asking her what's the DQ Texas app ? And that the email speaks of the DQ app only so I was very confused . The owner walks passed again shouting that I need to go move away from the counter and go sit down . I said Sir there isn't anyone in here but me if someone comes and is ready to place and order I'll move . He didn't want her helping me to find the app at all. He starts saying it again that I needed to go and sit down this isn't customer service either you have the app or not. By this time not I've placed my order and asks if he was the manager and he said owner back and I advised that I would NEVER come back to this location again to patronize your piss poor attitude! What's so hard about helping out the customers you would get more business. This needs to be no star review

New Owner!!! I miss the Woman before this woman. But the New Owner is Very nice and accommodating. Nice and clean place. Very cool in the summer. Great burgers and ice cream. Mabey we can get the 2 dollar ? splits back for a limited time. I love this place. Great place for my kids.

I recently submitted an application for a second job to this location approximately a week in a half ago in person. The lady said that they were hiring and the boss will call me. Furthermore; the boss never called me so I took the initiative to call them. Subsequently, the same lady that I spoke to, kept using the same material, saying the boss will call me. In all honesty, it’s all a game, a joke, and false advertising.
