Came in today and got a cone with chocolate Swiss ice cream and while eating it waiting for them to make my fiancés ice cream I found a hair in my ice cream. They remade it no problem, but then this other group who were helped before us noticed one of their ice creams had a hair in it too and had that remade too. These employees need to wear hats or hairnets because that’s gross and unsanitary.

This location has Great American Cookie & Marble Slab combined. Very friendly staff and you can customize ice cream with anything you want. This is my daughter's favorite place to go. We've gone during the day and at night. This place stays pretty busy and they do a great job balancing that and being friendly. My only recommendation would be to keep the tables clean. I had to clean a table for us to sit at.

I walked in and they were all act as if they were scared. I didn't say a word. I looked at the cookies and got in line. Two white guys walked in she started serving them. I looked over and she said oh one of the white guys was there before me and he was coming back to get his birthday cookie. I said ok that is fine and went back to reading information on my phone. She started serving the second white guy and didn't take my order and I was standing at the register. She made him go around me and he paid for his order after she fixed his ice cream, and didn't ask me what I wanted before him because I was the second customer according to her. She had a smirk on her face because she thought it was funny serving the white customer before the black customer. She should be fired and she should be ashamed of herself and she was the only one working yesterday around 0430pm. I'm in touch with the corporate office and they are fully cooperating with this discriminating issue that happen to me...

Very nice, clean establishment. They always do a good job and are very friendly. We have enjoyed both the ice cream side (Marble Slab) and the cookie side:) Looking forward to picking up some treats for birthday parties soon.

Showed up for ice cream at 9:38 PM. I knew the store closed at 10 PM, but figured it wouldn’t take long to just order ice cream and leave. When we walked in we were not greeted... I asked “are y’all open.” The response was yes, but they couldn’t serve ice cream with toppings mixed it. We thought that would be fine, so went ahead to order. We were celebrating after a graduation. After getting our ice cream we sat down at the table and chairs and were told “dine in isn’t availa
I always wondered why I saw so few customers at this location...Now I know why. Marble Slab cares more about taking advantage of their customers then actually providing a good service. I walk in and ask to taste one of their flavors only to be told, "We don't do tastings." I responded "Last time I was here ( May 4,2021), you did." The guy gave me no legitimate explanation as to why they stopped, but just repeated the same stupid robotic statement "We don't do tastings here." By this time I was getting disgusted but since there was a by one get one regular for free on the rewards app I chose not to make a big deal out of it...That's when things got worse. I show the guy my coupon on my phone and was told by the girl working there that the coupon was not in the system and could not be applied. I had something similar happen last time except a different girl told me it was actually a dollar off then I was supposed to get a free small. I went ahead and used my $5.00 off reward I had as I had no interest in ever coming back to this location again. Incompetent employees that don't know their own policies and a company app that lies to you. Hard pass.

Customer service wasn't great. The person who took my order was rude and I feel my order was rushed. I was given attitude on pick up. The writing looks very unprofessional. As I have seen other cookies with better writing. Will not return to this location.

Snickerdoodle was awful. So when you walked in, it smelled like sewer. I should of just walked out that instance because the cookies almost had that taste. They shouldn't be allowed to call themselves this name. This did no live up to the great cookies im used to getting at every place. Save yourself the disappointment and go to the next location that comes up for you. Cookies were over done too.
