Food was wrong and when we went to change it Sofia (one of the workers) told us that we messed up the order, then she argued and complained to us about us taking our order wrong and we messed up before fixing it (with a attitude) and told us to pay the difference when there was no difference, they were the exact same price

I said thank you when I placed my order and I said thank you when I received my order both times ignored. I let that slide but when I went to eat my food the Curly fries were so old and cold they had to have been hours old.

I try to get breakfast here every morning because it’s “24 hours “ as advertised .Yet they are closed . The lady tells me with an attitude like I’m an inconvenience to her day.This is unprofessional and not a good way to treat your customers.I go in at 4 am so I stop at 3.30 because it’s very close to my house .This is false advertising but what do I know

I just got home from a double shift and my pregnant wife was craving Jack in the box. I placed my order on Uber eats and paid almost $30 for my order. The food was horrible..nothing was made how it was ordered. The fries were half filled and my wife didn't even get her drink. I literally had to order her more food from somewhere else because she was so disappointed she didn't even want the food. You try explaining to a pregnant woman she would have to wait even longer for food because piss poor service.
