Drive thru moves a a decent pace. Inside this Jack in the box needs more lighting I guess, seems really dark or just feels dark to me.Parking: Plenty of parking for sure.Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, ramps for wheelchairs.
My son and I were in the area, hungry n we were close to this location... let me tell y'all, most ff joints are very blah-zay as far as customer service goes, but this lady who took care of my son and I was a true pleasure to deal with. That kinda service is the kind that'll make a person drive an extra mile or 2, to ensure a pleasant eating experience. If the receipt is correct her name is Joyce. Before leaving my son was compelled to thank her for her attention (he's a 16 yo, not a common occurrence in youths today?) Definitely share worthy to those who care about their treatment!

The new double smashburger was on point. I felt that they did an amazing job when I went @12pm. I've had a burger at The Burger Joint but this new Double Smashburger.....was more delicious
Drive thru lady Joyce (on the receipt) was rude, didn’t hear our order correctly. Husband went inside and told them we specifically said curly fries, the drive thru lady said we did not say that. My husband said yes we did. He ended up having to BUY 3 orders of curly fries.

I went in there a day ago and I just want to say that I was so disappointed to see roaches ! This place is always trashed but to see roaches was real disgusting esp while I was eating . Food is cold and in the morning a short stuby old mean woman works the window and the majority of the workers are very rude and look like they haven't took a shower esp.the manager he always reaks of ciggerates . This place is horrible !

Older Mexican lady I believe is the manager is extremely rude. Yelled at us for getting drinks. There’s better ways to talk to people. Absolute disgusting behaviors. Will not be going back. Plus service is SLOW.

On Sunday January 7 2024 I Spent $40 on old Patties, cold fries, soggy tacos and the my burger was suppose to have cheese and mayo. Your employees don't listen because I had no mayo. I use to work at a jack in the box, everything we ordered had sat out for a while, nothing was fresh and two of the employees was outside smoking pot.Location 4104 Fairmont pkwy at 9:32pm

The cashier Jennifer didn’t want to give me proper service because she wanted to sit outside and smoke what smelled like a disgusting cigar weed odor, I don’t really care about that but when I ask for service I expect my service to come with at least some positivity she came at me like a lion when I asked for the drink she missed, I really wasn’t happy tonight because she was rude to me
