I have to give my recent experiences at this Jack in Box drive thru. Went there on Friday 10/27/23 late night. It was a team of a few young gentlemen, & the service was A1! They were courteous, fast, & efficient. Everything was great. If this review was only based on that night & that team, I'd rate the whole experience 5 Stars. However, I went again on Sunday 10/29/23 evening & the service was a complete 180 from Friday. The young lady at the speaker sounded frustrated. & when we pulled up to the window, she seemed very agitated. The food was great as always. For those reasons, I give 4 stars. Food is always good, service is good late night Fridays.

This is the best Jack in the box in pasadena. The people here are super friendly unlike the ratchet and dirtyness at the jack in the box in 903 pasadena blvd . Avoid that jack in the box including the richey st jack in the box they are really gross their oil is old and everything they fry taste like churros and their food is made while people are on their cell phones. I have also seen people smoking and going back to their shifts and just making food at the 903 pasadena blvd location and richey. But this particular jack in the box the people seem to be super clean and very focused on customer satisfaction. I trust without a shadow of a doubt on this pasadena by the beltway 8 by the cinemark. I approve this location 100% their burgers look perfect they don't slap all sloppy mayo and ketchup and make it look like a burgercrime like the other jack in the boxes do. Lol so like I said this jack is safe and approved 100% keep on doing a great Job! Us consumers don't want smoke breath on our food. And if they smoke they could have the common courtesy to wear a mask until their lungs get all that toxic smell out of their lungs! Also we know many people use their cell phones in the restrooms so don't be touching your screen and be flipping burgers or touching food. We know what studies have shown that they have found millions of bacteria and feces in the screen of cell phones. Do the research and it's University Studies! Google it! So let's keep food edible! Please ! But as far as this location it's a Go! Great work! I will continue to go to this location. But please don't repeat the mistakes of other jack in the box workers.

Was charged double for the same meals and I never even got my drinks. Still trying to get my refund and well we all had food with no drinks but paid for the combos. Terrible
I didn't like the food and it was a food safety hazard. I found a black facial hair in the buttermilk.And that was totally disgusting. I'm not blaming the workers. I'm just blaming the company who even made it. Which I did notify directly.And contacted them and Letting them know that their buttermilk contained a facial hair inside their product.

I usually come here after watching a movie at the Hollywood theater that is in the same parking lot. Usually the service is good and enjoy eating here with my son. But the morning shift is something else. The system is always 'down' and they can't place orders. No matter what time in the morning it is. I've come here at 330am - 500am and its always 'down'. They tell you to park in the lot and will notify you when the system is back online but they always forget about you. After waiting 15 minutes I couldn't wait any longer and left. Other Jack in the box restaurants only take 1 or 2 minutes for the system to come back online. I think the morning shift just doesn't want to take orders to have an easy day. Don't blame them but at least let your customers know its down for a while instead of making them wait forever.
