“I have to give my recent experiences at this Jack in Box drive thru. Went there on Friday 10/27/23 late night. It was a team of a few young gentlemen, & the service was A1! They were courteous, fast, & efficient. Everything was great. If this review was only based on that night & that team, I'd rate the whole experience 5 Stars. However, I went again on Sunday 10/29/23 evening & the service was a complete 180 from Friday. The young lady at the speaker sounded frustrated. & when we pulled up to the window, she seemed very agitated. The food was great as always. For those reasons, I give 4 stars. Food is always good, service is good late night Fridays.“
“My son and I were in the area, hungry n we were close to this location... let me tell y'all, most ff joints are very blah-zay as far as customer service goes, but this lady who took care of my son and I was a true pleasure to deal with. That kinda service is the kind that'll make a person drive an extra mile or 2, to ensure a pleasant eating experience. If the receipt is correct her name is Joyce. Before leaving my son was compelled to thank her for her attention (he's a 16 yo, not a common occurrence in youths today?) Definitely share worthy to those who care about their treatment!“
“Employees are professional courteous and friendly and polite the food is excellent it always comes out hot and fresh and you always get a smile when you walk in and when you leave...I come here so often at night time either for customers orders or for myself they are always on their A game and they have things ready to go to get the job done and for they deserve a raise if you ask me but that's only my opinion but if you want good hot quality food you got my thumbs up“
“Seeing mixed reviews about this location made me a bit hesitant to stop by. I stopped by on a late Saturday evening and the drive thru service was quick and easy. The staff got my order right and put it together in a timely manner. No complaints.“
“Food was served fresh and experienced great service. Hilda packed my order neatly and correctly and for the most part my sauces i requested were avaliable and in bag . Will be placing more mobile order's here in the future. Drinks were placed in drink holder ,also food was bagged and labeled with my name and receipt which was signed by preparer . Didn't wait at all everything was fast and simple for pickup. Thank you jack in the box staff.“
