Picked up and order today and found hair in one sandwich and latex glove piece in the other. I called to get my money back and the manager puts me on hold a girl answers then says I need to wait 10 mins to speak to the manager again after telling her I don’t want to be placed on hold just refund me or I will dispute it with my bank I hear her under her breath curse then just put me on hold. The man I spoke to said I could call back tomorrow at 10 to speak to Noah the store manager & that he would review the camera footage and speak to whoever prepared the food. What a way to apologize, company I work for orders from here often but after tonights service I’ll make sure to avoid giving this store business again.

I remember Jason’s used to be a nice place to go, but this one, at least, has the vibe of a cheap buffet. I ordered half of a Carmella sandwich and a side salad. The sandwich looked really yummy in the photo but decidedly less appealing when it came out. It did not look appetizing and was greasy and did not taste very good. I left most of it. (The salad bar was ok, and the brief service was good.)

If your looking to stay eating right stop in at Jason's Deli. You'll get weeey mor bang for your buck and it's healthy. The staff is welcoming and extremely pleasant...I luv some Jason's deli...esp on spencer hwy.

Ordered Avocado toast and it didn't have hardly any Avocado on it.. The place was freezing Cold 45.00 for 2 people and not very good Not Worth it ...
Picture could've been better but I did an order for pick up during my lunch break. My sister always comes here so I chose to give it a try and was so surprised over how good the food was. It is a bit on the pricey side but totally worth it in the end.

The food is good, but pick up orders need to be handled better. I placed an order for turkey sandwich at 11:06 AM, I arrived at the store at 11:29 AM, but I didn’t get my food until 11:42 because I had to wait in line for people that were placing dine in orders. So for 13 minutes I had to stare at my food on a shelf with a sign above it that read “please do not grab food from shelves”. This is the only Jason’s Deli where I’ve had this problem. Other locations don’t have a problem with ME grabbing MY own food that IVE ALREADY PAID FOR. Or they have somebody always waiting to handle pick-up orders. I only have a 30 minute lunch so when I finally did start eating at 11:45 I had to eat it very fast within 10 minutes before getting back to work without being late.Please have at least one or two dedicated employees that will commit to pick up orders only. That way pick up customers don’t have to wait on dine in customers.

The food is pretty standard for Jason's Deli. I've never been disappointed in their regular menu, but the thing that really draws me in to Jasons is their soft serve, or at least it used to.I'm not sure what they do with their soft-serve ice cream, but some days it's great, fluffy and smooth, others (About 2/3 of my last few weekly visits) it's just straight garbage that I'd expect out of a low rate hole-in-the-wall chinese buffet.

Very racist establishment. I’m a Latino myself and I was very disappointed to see someone be mistreated. I also see that I’m not the only one who noticed racism at this location. They refuse to acknowledge their black customers before the Hispanics even if they’ve been waiting for quite a while. I also notice that they don’t have any black workers. One employee even jokingly said, “nah my manager never likes to hire “those” (as in black people). Sad to say the district manager and higher ups must be racist as well. Get back to Mexico if you think you’re better than people who were actually legally born here. I’ll be spreading the word about this location
