This is the worst. I will never eat here again. I used to eat at James coney Island years ago, they have really gotten so sorry the food was God awful. I would have gave them a zero + but there isn't a zero star

I usually come to this location on special occasions since we don't have a JCI near me and the food was never a problem until today. I got 2 kids meal burger meals & the meat patty was way smaller then the bun & dry(slider size meat patty)fries were undercooked. Then the cheese burger meal was a nightmare, first of all the meat tasted old & flavorless & it literally had 2 strips of lettuce as if someone got a small slice of lettuce and cut in 2 small strips, the tomatoe yes small slice in the burger was nasty as if it was days old and yes the fries were soft too. Don't get me started on the Baja hot dog thought I give it a try & the guacamole was brown. I had to be brutally honest becauseit was that bad & it's very disappointing because My family loves JCI so much my daughter asked it for her birthday lunch and was unfortunately the one who had the cheese burger meal... I would give it one star for food but the staff was nice

We had not been to James Coney Island in a couple of years. We went Sunday May 14. We weren't disappointed!Good food, Great service, very clean store!We will definitely be back soon!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

3 of us went to eat here, not realizing y'all close at 9pm. We got there about 8:45 once I looked back at my location. Most places wouldn't have let us dine in so close to closing or would've been very upset. The employees were welcoming and very nice. The food was great and hot, perfect!! Leaving, we were talking about how they locked the door once we left, and I checked what time y'all close. I realized we stayed about 18 min after 9 pm. I live in the Sugarland area and was in this area because I was running an errand. We were starving, and JCI has always been a favorite!! Thank you for being so kind and doing a great job!!!! Have a Merry Christmas!
Been coming here for years and never had a issue UNTIL this Sunday, 12/18/22. Wife and I had corn dogs and she had dog with shredded cheese, me a chili cheese dog. Well that night at 3:30AM I woke up with severe food poisoning Worse case ever. Diarrhea and vomiting, wife believes it was the chili. I know these things happen but I think I will be laying off of JCI for awhile. It's Wednesday and I am still trying to recover.

I truly hope that as they're closing all these Coney's down, that this will be the last one standing. I've never really had a bad experience here other than a waiting time. But that just means my food is always super hot and enjoyable by the time we get it home.

Went through the drive through and order two walker street combos… the wieners had a taste as it was expired or they had gone bad.. call them and the employee that answered told me please hold for the manager… the manager never answered and now no one answers the phone.. won’t be going back ever again

Haven't tried this food in years..decided to swing by yesterday. Still the same!!! Brought back so many memories of my childhood? Cheese Coney-All the Way. Food was fresh and delicious! Drive thru guy was so nice...I won't wait years to go back next time!
