I love Kroger, but I'm a little disappointed in this location. I could maybe blame it on the app, but why does it say it carries something that it doesn't? My customer bonus allows me to get a free donut and I go to the bakery and they say, they don't have that where you could grab a donut and go. Then there's the ginger ale by schweppes 6pk. I looked for it based off of the app and couldn't find it, then an associate guided me to the right area and they don't even carry the ginger ale, just the tonic, and club soda. A complete waste of time. They need to figure out why the app and store aren't in sync and many times it won't say something is out of stock. I have to ask an associate. Inconvenient.

These people are complete idiots. I made an order last night to pick up this morning. My card was charged completely for this pick up as of this morning. They have lost my order. I am charged, but do not have my order. It takes 3 to 5 business days to Refund my money when it's not even my fault that I am owed this money. They will not honor the sale special pricing for the items which I paid for and they lost. They offered me a poor replacement offer, which is not what I wanted, nor what I paid for. I will not be troubling these people to fulfill my grocery knees any longer. I will just take my business to HEB where I should've gone in the first place anyway since they are so much cheaper on their prices and is the Texas company.

I go and visit my daughter mostly at night and on my way home I like to stop at Kroger in the Spencer Square parking lot. But right around 10 pm on the employee's not management start anouncing the store will be closing at ? from 10 pm on every 15 to 20 minutes they announce the store is closing. It gets very irritating. Ity is only getting worse too. That store has the lights out and employees are leaving at 11 pm sharp. I fill rushed somewhat like supermarket sweep. I used to be a store manager not for Kroger but another chain. In fact I have never seen a manager there when I been there. I have asked for a manager but they told me either they left already or not ever available. One night I was really in a bad mood the person at the self check out was the one hollering for everyone to come up to the front the store is closing so I asked this person who looked like he may be in management why thy announce every 15 minutes starting at 10 pm that the store is closing. He said because if they don't the customers will keep shopping and they will never get out of the work. That was his exact words.

Do not shop this Kroger through Instacart. We regularly have trouble with the Instacart shoppers, and this last time the shopper charged us for $23.09 for air filters that were not delivered. It took about an hour of phone calls to get a credit for this. Kroger blamed Instacart, and Instacart blamed Kroger. If you want groceries delivered, don't use this Kroger or Instacart.

The pharmacy here is the worst. The staff is so rude & always cops an attitude for no reason, gets PRESCRIPTIONS WRONG & overall gives zero f***s.

Not sure what's going on with this location but it's really been going down hill the last few mo the. This is the 4th time I've walked into the store in the last month and there were 0 carts not a single one not even the messed up shell carts where there. The shelf's are running out of products or they do t have any and this is the 4th time I've bagged my own stuff becuse there was no bagger.

On iPhone under maps it states Kroger accepts ApplePay so after my run I go grocery shopping go to check out and come to find out they don't have ApplePay. Had to walk out of the store. Come on Kroger it's 2021

Very horrible experience, every time I go the employees ignore you when you need help at the self checkout, they help you until they feel like they feel like it. There is three or more women employees that look like they never want to be working. That's the faces you see as soon as you walk in this Kroger. I got disrespected by the manager for going 10 min before closing and was getting kicked out. They have a horrible closing team, never go after 5p because that's when the disrespectful workers start working. They don't want to help you at all!! Kroger keeps giving worse and worse customer service, last time I had a very racist women employee leaving me last to help because of my color. Hate how Kroger employees and management make me feel when I shop here.

The manager of this store is rude, confrontational and overbearing. I have shopped at this store for years, but I will NEVER shop here again because of the disrespectful way that I was treated by the manager of this horrible, ghetto store.

I checked out on Thursday, May 7th with a cashier named Kathy. I observed how patient & wonderful she was with an elderly customer ahead of me who was buying flowers for his wife that was in the hospital. After checking me out, Kathy also said a quick prayer for my Mother because my Dad is currently in the hospital fighting cancer. This small gesture meant the world to us. I know we are all busy in so many different ways but Kathy really takes time to know her customers. Good customer service is rare these days. Kathy provided excellent customer service that night & because of that experience we will continue shopping at this location. Thank you Kathy for being a beautiful human being & spreading joy.

I had a $9.00 return on unopened bottles of sports drinks that I purchased from Kroger the day before, and was informed by 2 sales associates and a manager, that due to the COVID-19 this store was not allowing any returns on purchases. I got sick after drank 1 of the drinks, and when I attempted to return the 9 left I was informed that I could not have my money back. That left me stuck with $9 worth of sports drinks I can't use. I am posting this, because I never saw anything warning me from Kroger when I bought the drinks originally, that I could not return an item. The sale ad said the sports drinks were on sale for 10/$10, so I bought 10 of them thinking what a good deal this was. I was wrong I have tried other sports drinks before in the past and I never had a problem with them making me sick, so I assumed this type of drink wouldn't either. The customer service is not very friendly at the Kroger located at Burke Rd. and Spencer Hwy. When I returned the drinks, all I heard from them was that they were "so sorry but they could accept the return". When I was leaving the customer service counter to exit the store with the drinks, I heard them laughing. I think that was very rude on their part. Be aware before you buy anything from this store. Individuals who shop here need to be aware of what happened to me.

I just got back from grocery shopping at my friendly neighborhood Kroger store at Burke Road and Spencer Highway in Pasadena the cashier and bagger did not put my meat back in my cart when they were checking me out I did not notice this till I got home within 15 minutes I called the grocery store to inform them and to see if they had turned it in the meat that is the person I spoke with his name is Maria she pretty much accusing me of being a liar and someone who is trying to take advantage of her Kroger store personally I make $115,000 a year on my salary plus overtime and bonus incentives I have no need to even think about trying to steal our get over on Kroger for a $10 package of hamburger meat what's wrong Pasadena you slipping if I were you I would stay away from the store at all cost because when you call the grocery store that you go into all the time they know your face they know your name and when you call him to not necessarily complain but to inform them and see if the bag of meat was there and they pretty much accuse you on the spot on the telephone of just lying and trying to get to them I don't know y'all were texting so is that the way we are that's not the way I was raised I won't be back in this Kroger ever again I can promise you that hello H-E-B here I come

We visited this Kroger while in the area and on a mission to get snacks for kids. This store is located in a large strip center and has ample yet shared parking. The staff is not as overly friendly as my neighborhood Kroger but everyone has their moments and who really wants to work on a Sunday night. The produce section is clean and offers the typical selection of fruits and veggies. However, there are other areas that need a little TLC like the floral section which was pretty trashed but that may have more to do with the patrons. We wouldn't visit this location regularly because the layout makes it difficult to find items and it's not in an area of town we frequent.
