Worst fried chicken I've ever ate! Crappy service. After repeating my order THREE times and them REPEATING it back they STILL get it WRONG EVERY TIME!! Do yourself a favor and go to Golden Chick next door! VERY GOOD chicken and great, friendly service.

Came through the drive thru at 9:40 pm. Sign posted said they were open til 10. Waited at the box for a few min and finally a guy said they were closed. Even their sign open sign was still lit up. I was very disappointed and I was ready to spend some money too. I realize things are different with Covid but if your going to go through the trouble of putting signs out saying your open til 10 and your open sign is lit up you should be prepared even if you only have one fryer going. If your closed at least turn the sign off.

Wow..and thank you. I ordered the shrimp and tenders meal with red beans and rice. Such a delicious meal. Huge..I mean huge.. chicken tenders. Staff was warm and friendly. Everything was cooked fresh and had just the right amount if spice. Best red beans and rice I have ever had. Move over popeys..

06/19/2020 My co-worker and I stop for lunch in Pasadena on red bluff. This place is hit and miss with their fried wings. This was my 6th time having their wings and I have been satisfied 2 out of the 6 times. This is the last time I will eat at Louisiana Fried Chicken. My co-worker and I ordered the #5 5 wings fries and drink. We got our drinks there were ANTS in my co-worker's sprite I did not drank my tea because of the ants. The cashier was looking at us like its our fault. The chicken was old and room temperature. I threw my wings away after I bite. I will never eat at ANY Louisiana Fried chicken again.

We had the same experience with probably the same short Mexican girl with glasses. She refused to give her name, her managers name and asked us to call the next morning if wants to talk to her manager. She was just plain rude and escalated the entire situation to a totally different level for no reason just by her rude and disrespectful behavior.

I've only been here once and thought the fish was pretty good. I decided to order a family meal tonight since we were watching the Superbowl. My order was approximately 40.00. I ordered through Door Dash. I've used them in the past with no issues. The delivery girl from Door Dash arrived to pick up my large order of fish and was told an order was never received. She explained to the clerk it was paid for and called me on the phone. While I was on the phone the clerk proceeded to tell the driver thier tablet accepting orders was in the managers office, therefore she didn't receive the order. I asked if the clerk, who took of her badge and wouldn't disclose the managers name, would contact the manager and explain the circumstances so we could get our food. After all, the receipt was in the driver's hand. She flat out refused and said the manager would be there at 10:30. She wouldn't speak to the driver again and when she previously did she was extremely rude. I tried calling myself, but nobody would answer the phone. This incident could've been avoided with a simple call to the manager, who hopefully would've corrected this wrong. The clerk was a short Mexican girl with glasses. This happened tonight which is February 2, 2020. I'll never be going back to this place. There's absolutely no reason for anyone to be that rude. I suppose I'm going to the store to pick up hot dogs since we still haven't eaten. Sad chain of events. The poor driver wasn't making any money sitting there and I still have to try and get my refund from this place.

Not crowded at all. Was surprised how much I enjoyed the food since I'm from southern Louisiana. The employee service was good. The food isn't spicy by fresh. The dirty rice isn't Cajun but more like Spanish rice / Cajun hybrid but it was very taste. Next time I'll try the fried chicken sandwich

Waited way longer than we should've. Staff seemed lazy and moping around. Food is kind of trash too. Sounded like the wife was chewing some rubbery a** okra avoid this one.

The food is terrible !! Took forever waited even though there was no line ! Food has no flavor and is dry. Never coming back !!

The batter on the chicken and shrimp had a chemical taste. I had to throw it away and go hungry. A waste of 10 dollars. I'll stick to Popeye's.
The chicken has a old oil taste , was burned a little, and is not spicy like they say it is. The so called rolls are some cheap out the bag hard as rock not fresh. The chicken and shrimp jambalaya is ok but not much flavor for me . Also they serve instant ice-tea out a soda fountain , not fresh brewed that's just plain unamerican . I will not be coming back , it's hard to beat Popeyes spicy chicken .

Ordered a poor boy and the chicken and fish special combo. The fish was good the poor boy was good. The chicken was absolutely terrible. Extremely overcooked in 10 day old oil was unedible. I called the store they basically told me sorry about your bad luck. Will absolutely never eat there again.

Great place for fast food ! My husband and I have crazy busy schedules and once in a while want a late night cheat meal ! There isn't hardly anything open past 9 pm in this small town . This place stays open a tad later plus it's delish. Oh yeah and it's not far from us ... love it

Worst food quality. How old is this okra? A week old? They really need to something about it. I think even MCDonald is better than this and cheaper. They need a manager asap.

We originally enjoyed this place and would get grilled shrimp tacos. Well today we go to grab some grilled shrimp tacos and we're told that they don't have grilled shrimp tacos BUT they do have grilled shrimp. So then make them with grilled shrimp but nope. We left and won't be back.
