Very rude service! Store hours say they close at 10pm yet they are sweeping around you and asking you to leave at 9:30. Will never ever go back there!

I was very disappointed with our visit. We got the ice cream sandwiches, which were $15 for 2 which is kinda crazy, just for them to completely come out of the cookies as soon as we got to the car. But also none of the works wore any type of gloves or washed their hands before handling our food. I watched the lady behind the counter make a shake of some sort for another customer and drop something in there and get it out with her bare hands.

The place is so dirty and the ice cream is melted, like froyo. When my husband told them at checkout, she responded with “it’s ice cream” understandable, but we just got it seconds ago? Just go to baskin robbins, just on the other side of Spencer, cleaner, and friendly employees.

I spent $20 on 2 ice creams that were so gross we threw them in the trash when we walked out. I got a waffle bowl with "rocky road". It was nasty their waffle bowls are stale and I found a hair on it.? My husband got a strawberry shortcake and there weren't even any strawberries? ? customer service is definitely a 1 out of 5. They don't talk to you much they look and seem more weirded out that you're even there lol.The place was cute I wanted to like the ice cream but couldn't. Wouldn't recommend.

I had ordered a quart, and the girl didn’t seem like wanted to talk let alone be at work. Didn’t mix the ice cream, didn’t mix the toppings, just threw it on the bottom and threw some on top. She knew she was making a quart and didn’t even grab no where enough to fill the container. I guess that’s why it wasn’t mixed. Seems lazy, not marble slab at all.

Waste of money. I bought my son a cotton candy shake and his tasted like coffee flavor. I spoke to the employees and all they could say was we don’t do returns on ice cream you don’t like. It seems to me like maybe if you cleaned your blender before every use then we wouldn’t have had a problem. I will not be returning.

The place is absolutely gorgeous. I went kind of late but customer service is definitely a 2 out of 5. I was expecting a little more friendly customer service, but it seemed like they were just weirded out that I was there to make a review. The ice cream is phenomenal. I got cookies and cream with a peanut waffle cone and it was a five out of five. I definitely recommend this place. Hopefully next time I visit customer service will be a little bit better and more friendly and cheerful.

Come here if you want a super watery milkshake. They literally served it to me and it was so watery, when I tried to ask them to remake it they only added a scoop ice cream which didn't fix anything. Then they charged me almost 15$ for that since I complained. I'm never coming back.
The freezer was not to correct temperature because the ice cream was dripping as it was scooped into a very stale waffle cone. I took pics of a freezer that needed a defrost badly.

My granddaughter and I love to stop here after school. We alternate between cookies and ice cream. The cookies are always fresh and delicious! Red velvet is our favorite! The ice cream is always good and my granddaughter loves that she gets to choose what mixing she gets. The service is always friendly!

You gotta be kidding me, I definitely understand that due to inflation every thing went high..but this is not reasonable at all.. nothing very special about this ice cream its mediocre. 2nd employees here don't even greet, look to people or smile its very obvious that they hated their job.i mean it seems like it.but all in all its not impressive, they let the people fall in line without saying anything to them and some group left maybe because they will not wait cause they move slow.. I think hire someone who can at least wipe a table.
