I just went to buy a medium caramel frappe, I took the one they put on the bar since they called my number and the glass was medium and they got angry and brought me a small one and told me it was that one, very unpleasant they are and very lack of respect, if what they wanted was one more peso they would have said it instead of looking at someone with a bad face

Manager lady was very unprofessional. My elder mother went there to eat and wasn't helped at all. My elder didn't eat that night. And she got charged on her card also and never got her food but instead argued with loud voice to her. She needs to be fired for such disrespect.

This is a HORRIBLE McDonald's I should have known, located in Pasadena . Our food was cold, French fries were so burnt and greasy and Cold. Dining area was filthy both of them, No Napkins, table tops were so filthy I didn't even want my bag laying on it.. New manager need immediately.. I will never come back again..

when i was placing my order the lady at the register her tag said manuela she caught a nasty attitude and started almost smashing the screen to place my order and then slammed my receipt on the counter and threw it at me i will NOT be returning you have just lost a loyal

i went last night 04/24/2023 @ 8:30 pm,I order 2 bigmacs one fpr me and another one for my nephew,we where hungry,after i order the food,i stayyed in front of the cashier for about 10 minutes traying to get her attention of the cashier while she was playing with other 3 employees while manager watching,i ask to dine in,cashier put it to go,i ask to give a tray,she ignorme,then i ask for a cup for water she also ignorme while playing with her co worker,at the end of eating i talk to tthe lady manager about the experience,she wasnt to inerested in helping.

Worst experience in my entire life. I went yesterday evening to this location inside Walmart in Pasadena, I wish I can give cero star. I was waiting for so long and they cancelled my order without telling me anything because they didn't have the BLT sandwich.. the manager was so rude, unprofessional and careless. I don't have his name,but he is short, skinny white man. If they don't want to work or can't handle the position I don't understand what they are doing in a place where they are so unhappy and bitter treating the customer horrible like we are asking for free stuff!! IF YOU DON'T WANT TO HAVE A BAD DAY RUN AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!

I went there to get my food and my card taken I was at the first window to pay and no one was there but there was a group of people talking not taking orders so I went to the next window and payed there but the person there was rude she made a face to me and gave me my food on my way home I checked my bag for my card and it was not there so I went back McDonald's and had to get my card back I've never been treated more horrible than that
