I went through the drive thru and ordered a simple big mac meal. And they gave me a big mac with no meat. I called and spoke to someone who claimed to be a manager named Sonia. And said needed to bring it back for a refund or exchange. This person said nothing else. She did not apologize or offer anything else in the way if customer service.

I mean it's McDonald's. If you go in the morning you are almost likely to get a decent meal if you go anywhere in deer Park after 11 am you are gonna get a teen who will spit on your food or f your order up or worse. This is the worst city by far to eat any fast food in and that is a fact. Why waste money on this when brisket house is right there and you get the best meal of your life? It's a review for a reason so don't get upset when you find that this is the people of deer park are the worst people in the United States. There are good towns in Texas and this is not one of them. There are a few great people... Few and far between.

I've come to this location since it's around the corner from home. But the service is not good whatsoever. I used the app every single visit, and several times I give my code and it says my code was received, but cashier says it's been used already, which wasn't yet! DT cashiers need to get their act together. It wasn't as busy!

Pulled up at 3:30am on March 1 they refused serve me lunch food told me to cancel the uber order I was doing they were only serving breakfast. Breakfast doesn’t start til 4am at this location they just didn’t wanna make the food!

This is a Mcdonald's you know what this is. But the staff hear do a pretty good job. They tend to be a little overworked as I never see this location anything other than busy even late at night.But they have always been polite, efficient, and gotten my order correct.
