This is a hidden gem in Pasadena! It is a quaint cafe with AMAZING food! My boyfriend and I started with the brisket loaded fries….absolutely delicious! I had the grilled turkey and spinach panini and I added avocado and my boyfriend had the sycamore 2s which came with 2 eggs, 2 of your choice of meat, and 2 pancakes. The pancakes were divine and melted in your mouth. The service was great as well. Our waitress was very attentive even though they had a full house (literally…the cafe is a house ?). You have to check this place out. The grounds are beautiful. They also have a bed and breakfast and a wedding venue onsite.Parking: Nice size parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: They have a ramp for those in a wheelchair.

First time there...and almost left because they were taking to long to bring out ny breakfast I asked the waitress why she brought out the order for the couple across from us when they weren't even there when I placed my order, the waitress explained that the cook had over cooked my pancakes and he had to redo the whole order so anyway I got my order and the food was great!! Also they gave me a free dessert for the long wait I chose the carrot cake and wow!! Best I ever had, the staff is excellent I'll be back!

Great food. Service was slow but not because of the wait staff. I was with a group of 11 people so that may have caused some delay. I will be going back because the food is worth it.

I ordered the "Meatloaf Special" and paid $15 for this benefit-like portion. To-go silverware for scale.I support local business, but I can go right down the street, pay $11 and get twice as much, without the rubber, frozen-tasting meatloaf and powered-tasting gravy. Observe the height of the slice, compared to everything else in the container. Do better. The atmosphere is quaint, pleasant and very comfortable, which gives an "I'm about to get a good country meal" expectation. There is probably a reason why there were only 5 cars in the parking lot, at noon.

Second time coming here and it's still a great place to have brunch on a Sunday. The food and the drinks are good and the atmosphere is great. The house feel means not a largely crowded place.

Dining at this exceptional brunch spot was nothing short of a gastronomic delight. From the moment I stepped in, the ambiance exuded a perfect blend of elegance and warmth, setting the stage for an unforgettable culinary experience. The menu, a very well crafted symphony of flavors, showcased the chef's love in combining ingredients to create dishes that were both inventive and comforting

Quaint restaurant nestled on the outskirts of Houston. If you're ever in the area, you'd be remiss not to stop by. The food is made to order, and the service is impeccable. My only regret is that it closes at 2 pm.
I only stopped at the gate
