I gave them 1 star because I had to, however I would not have giving them that! We order over $50 worth of pizza it was cold and the sauce was overflowing. I tried to call them the next day and no answer. We call today and Vanessa the Manager told us because we had an attitude she wasn't willing to help us. When she told us there was nothing she could do because there was to much time in-between our order. Well if they would answer the phone there wouldn't have been. I do not recommend this location at all.

I asked for extra sausage and light sauce. I got extra sauce and light sausage. Really. Stop talking with others who work there, and you can get the orders correctly in the computer.

I went here yesterday and never again. One got my order wrong and second the guy at the drive thru HORRIBLE customer service! Don’t keep workers that can’t be working at the drive thru why would you have someone who’s allergic to smoke? I wasn’t even smoking or anything but he said it came out to his test positive just by smelling it and have in mind there wasn’t NO smoke. It was extremely rude. Having your workers lie about a allergy just because he felt the need to bash me down and ruin my night. It was such a inconvenience. It did not made me feel safe at all. I don’t recommend this place! This was the night shift around 10-11 wish I caught his name. But please at least put a sign that says NO SMOKE NO ODOR !

This place used to be good. I just had a delivery boy forget part of my order and I put LEAVE AT DOOR. He gave me an empty box of nothing and half of my order. Then he brought the other part but it looked and tasted like it had been sitting around. My cheese bread was not fresh! Worst experience ever! I am NEVER ordering here again!!

Did not receive the wings the first delivery called in and they claimed they had no drivers and that the dash driver must have stole it I received a second order they packed it so tight the wings were wet and nastyI mentioned the bread was burnt the manager stated they are supposed to look like this because they just got the oven fixedI heard excuse after excuse I'll be ordering from PAPA JOHNS FOR NOW ON

Dough was not cooked. When we called they said we could drive back to the store and get a new one after returning the old one. It was already 9pm. I was not going to drive back after already getting home. Food was awful and customer service was not good either.

well it's Christmas Eve Eve you think people would be a little more festive I ordered to the Pizza Hut app for delivery it selected this restaurant for me I ordered my food it'll be here in 45 minutes now I know that's just a rough estimate but in an hour when I got the text that said my pizza was out for delivery I wasn't surprised it's a busy night cold here in Texas no one wants to go out but 33 minutes later I get a phone call it's my delivery driver he can't find my apartment apparently the address gave them on when it went to their app 4801 I live at 4802 there is no 4801 it's the only apartments on the corner the only apartments around on the whole street so you would think number 73 man an apartment but the man finally gets to me and gets me my pizza leaves I open it no steam coming off of it no I take a bite it's lukewarm at best but really it's cold so I tried to eat the whole piece and couldn't do it it's good the next morning cold not when you first get it so I called the manager and she proceeds not to give me her name not to even want to listen to my complaint but to call the delivery driver and to get back on the phone and say well it's your fault you didn't put the right address in I suppose my fault I got cold pizza okay well when he didn't see the address in the very first pass why didn't he call you can't fix stupid people customer service is a big thing in this world today I will never use this Pizza Hut again as long as I live I will avoid Pizza hut. From now on and it is my favorite pizza but I refuse to use a company that has no customer service with me I'm not going to be able to do anything then she finally tells me well she'll come pick up the pizza okay come pick it up but I just want my money back now I don't want a pizza I don't want to wait another 45 minutes to an hour for another Pizza so I can get more mad because it's now 8:45 at night I have to work tomorrow and I still haven't eaten dinner so if you can avoid this Pizza Hut at all cost I would post putting a nationwide boycott on Pizza Hut until they learn some customer service thank you speaking as a restaurant manager I kind of know a thing or two about this situation even when you think wrong the customer is right never ever ever tell a customer it'slt even if it is no I'm sure it was probably some 22-year-old kid like that runs Denny's but hey it's the world we live in at least my 22-year-old kid that's a manager of her own shoe store it nationwide shoe store I might add Journeys kids nose the difference between
