Worst possible Popeyes I ever been to! Staff on the evening shift is very incompetent very rude. Food was not even given to us correctly and it was handed to us by an Apparent manger on duty. Which obviously doesn’t know how to manage a place of business. When you call there phone they don’t even pick up. So we were charged for one thing that we ordered which was tenders and got a 3 pc bone in combo instead. This incompetent group of staff is the worst I have ever come by. This store needs a serious Team member makeover/ replacements. And get the dam speaker box fixed or can you actually speak clearly into your headset and not mumble. These kids need some serious educating in being at least competent to service the customer. Let’s hope you all can spearhead this store in the right direction!

Aot of the time, late at night they suddenly have no food. Tonight, they only have one breast and some wings. Anything else would take 30 minutes to make which just happens to coincide with their closing time.They were pretty rude about it too.

I ordered Uber eats from this location and they gave me the smallest pieces of chicken!! In the photos that is a chicken THIGH why in the world is it so tiny?!?! I ordered a 8 piece and every single one of the pieces were of this quality. I’m extremely disappointed because I paid money for this, all the pieces were burnt and tiny. I believe that this location purposely hands out bad quality pieces to deliver orders because they think they won’t complain. This isn’t acceptable!! ? Do better! I’m sure if they handed out these kindas of pieces to a in person customers they would turn around and demand a refund!

We ordered 8 pc tenders, half spicy and half mild. They did not give us tenders. They gave us all spicy except for two mild. When we asked them to correct it, they wouldn't and kept giving us the run around. I will be calling corporate to see if they were lying to me and my husband. I am also getting a refund.

Charged me extra because I wanted my sandwich to have half spicy mayo and half regular mayo (ridiculous) and then made all the cars pull forward to wait about 10 minutes for them to cook the food. Not only that but athe manager on duty proceeded to get an attitude when I asked how long it would take.

Made an online order. Got there and there's a handwritten note saying closed. Drove around to window to ask employee what to do about online order and didn't want to open window. Finally did and when asked how to handle she was rude and slammed the window closed. Her reply was "same way you ordered cancle it"
The manager, Hugo, and another worker by the name of Emiliano always go above and beyond to deliver great food. They never disappoint. This is one of my favorite locations when Hugo and Emiliano are working ... It's not too uncommon to find a fast food establishment that radiates in good spirits but, I do find it sometimes and it's rewarding.

Placed my online orders at 8:51 didn’t receive them until 9:15 almost 20 minutes later they had me parked for 20 plus minutos then they forgot my drink and then when I asked for one ranch that cost 25¢ he told me to go get off my car and that he would charge me in the counter. Literally makes no sense I could’ve just giving him the quarter right then and there if they don’t want to be walking to my car they shouldn’t have parked me in the first place and gave me enough ranch for 12 wings. I will be contacting corporate because that’s absurd.
