one time I ordered a pepperoni pizza with a coke 0. When I opened my order when I got home and opened my order. I was upset to find that it was just a basic cheese pizza. I haven't returned to the place since. I just go to the one near I 45 as they have never mess up my order

This place should just shut down. They are never open and even when the sign is on, nobody answers. I will drive to the next location to avoid their horrible customer service.

I always see this place but I've never actually eaten here. Today I gave it a go. love a good French dip however this was not it. Very little dip, was not enough to finish. 1st bite I thought it tasted Burt the more I ate the burnt taste was there. 2 issue was there was very little meat this sandwich was 9$ not worth it. I got a potato soup as well. 1st bite I liked it but the more I ate the more watered down and less flavor it had. Honestly for the price I'd expect more. I can get this whole meal At Jason's deli cheaper and better

This is the worst schlotzkeys I've ever been to and I've been to this one multiple times trying to give it another chance but they never get my order correct and they always take a really long time. At least 20 minutes waiting in the drive thru and 9/10 times the workers have attitudes.

Love you his Schlotzky's location. Open for inside dining. Dining area and restrooms are always clean. Employees are always friendly. I have never had an order that is not correct from this location. Food is always hot when served. The prices are in line for the amount of food you get.

I think there is major confusion as to how a mask should be worn here. All of them wearing them around their chin. I have always been a fan of this place but no more. The last time I will be going here. If you can't follow the basic orders of the governor, how can I expect you follow the guideline for food prep?!

I really dont know how this location stays open. The people who work there are rude. Act like their doing you a favor. I have never gotten what I asked for using door dash. I just spent my LAST dollar. My sandwich had maybe 2 slices of meat, I ordered and payed for double. My soup didn't have the cheese or croutons as advertised and was barely half way full. Do yourself a favor and just drive to the next location

The bun for a small original was so tough and hard that when I bit into the sandwich I had to bite so hard to get though the bread that all the meat and lettuce came out of the half sandwich. What a mess! I tried to take a few more bites on the other half sandwich and it was no better. When I used to eat at Schlotzsky’s in my younger years they served the most wonderful sandwich around. Not so today. The only reason they scored two stars is the dressing on the sandwich makes all the difference.
