I actually work for Starbucks, so I'm slightly biased, but I really enjoy working at this store. They have so much extra room to move around & the staff has always been so kind & welcoming to me when I fill in there. They treated everyone with respect & their drinks were perfect.Vegetarian options: Since I am a Vegetarian for nearly 5 yrs now, I appreciate the vegetarian options available, although, since I'm there almost every single day, I would love to see more Vegetarian food choices, but that's pretty much anywhere when you choose to give up eating meat. If you haven't tried the Impossible breakfast sandwich, I highly recommend adding cream cheese or Sriracha or both!

Rachel morning shift doesn’t know the difference from a plain white chocolate and a white chocolate mocha. I had to pull out the app to show her… then got real loud and horrible customer service. Needs better training and some customer service.

The Barbed Wire
I was a frequent customer here. I had a recent issue and had decided to go to the Fairmont location, even though I have to drive further. It's been so worthwhile. I wished I would have thought to read these reviews before allowing them to upset me so, during a time of need. I see why it's best to make the drive to Fairmont/Mickey Gilley, where they actually appreciate you and treat you like you deserve to be treated, as a daily customer.

I just don't like that when you go through the drive-thru, they throw the tip option at you. If you pay with a card, the machine asks if u would like to leave a tip! I mean what!! They just did their job and provided me with my food. Why should I tip them for drive thru??? Other than that everything is great!

Tried their new custard vanilla bean pastry very tasty. The outside seating is nice semi-shaded. 4 small tables inside along the wall. Friendly service. Drive thru very accessible.

Don’t recommend this location it isn’t the first time I have to wait over 20 minutes for a drink here. Drive thru wasn’t even long and lobby wasn’t as full and there were plenty of employees working. It’s ridiculous and seems like they prioritize the drive thru over lobby. Needs new management or something.
My sister had me do a quick Starbucks run so I chose to come here and they did not disappoint. The staff was so nice and very respectful and for any tiny mistake they were quick to fix it. Definitely coming back

It was 1 hour prior to closing, my daughter and I came to this location for the first time. Worst decision ever! Should have gone to the Fairmont location. They take over 30 mins and drive thru wasn't even long.
