horrible customer service, and this is coming from an ex subway employee. did not get greeted as i walked in, latina girl was too busy making an online order taking her sweet time to even acknowledge me. i stood there for about 30 seconds before realizing i shouldn’t be giving this establishment my money. 2 other employees were there with no regard the 2 customers waiting. awful location don’t come here

it’s free sub day today, we go in and ask if this store was a participating location. the lady rolls her eyes and turns around all annoyed and takes a couple of steps before coming back. we ask her was her a yes or no? she goes “i said yes” all rude. i say “no, you nodded your head”.“doesn’t that mean yes?” she replies. “if it’s a yes, go ahead and start cutting the bread please”.“you haven’t even told me what bread you want”.“you didn’t ask, but italian herbs and cheese”.she then kicks us out of the restaurant and has a break down and tells her manager we’re racist ? don’t come here if you’re not ready for a drama show. absolutely RIDICULOUS

Awful customer service, older female worker was outright disrespectful. went in to order cookies with no one in the store & the woman started slamming cookies around and had the worst attitude and started cursing at us we when trying to decide which ones to get. Very upsetting. Don’t eat at this location, I’ll be calling corporate.

Two little girls on the line making our sandwhich laughing at my husbands way of talking for saying "yes please" and he has a disability. They're lucky they're kids very ugly of them. Humble y'all selves before y'all get checked in the real world

Horrible service. Order a footlong for my husband and when he opened it there was hair in it ! He took it back and they claimed since they didn't see it they couldn't do anything about it. Would not do refund or even make another sub! At first she tried claiming shes never seen me again then i showed proof i was there and didnt say anything. Never again!
