Customer service was the worst ....went in to get my daughter a meatball sub with mozzarella cheese sub was already made and when I asked for mozzarella she stated that the mozzarella they had was for online orders only. I had to ask her to repeat herself because that was so ridiculous to hear she then had a little attitude because i asked her how was she not going to put cheese that im going to pay for if they had it in store available....had 2 subs ready and refused to give me the cheese I was requesting then tried to put yellow shredded cheese ....... both subs stayed there drove to another location

Leila and Angela are amazing. They were patient to help me understand all the changes that have taken place since the last time I was here (which was a lot). They made the sandwich exactly how I wanted and came out amazing. I also want to point out they had an excellent attitude and went above and beyond to make my day. Excellent customer service! The only Subway shops I frequent are the ones in South Shore Harbour & Red Bluff/Pasadena Blvd. Both shops are nice & clean. The staff are polite & cheerful. The food is fresh & delicious.

What can I say? They're not winning restaurant of the year, but they're not trying to either. I had an old boss who once told me, "You know what your problem is, Alex? You always want to make Rolex, but we make Timex around here." It stuck with me for the rest of my life because he was right. It taught me to stop comparing apples to champagne and to understand that sometimes people are just looking for a decent product at a good value. That's exactly what you're going to get at Subway. Good deli meat, fresh baked bread, and a good value. Don't go there looking to be blown away, and you'll leave happy everytime.Parking: It's free and it's Texas, so you're gonna find parking.

I tried to order online but my order just wouldn't go in. So i had to order at the store pn Red Bluff. I brought my print out to show them my problem. They called the manager and he honored my discounts. I thought that was very nice. The two sandwich makers were very polite. The store was very clean. One of the quickest services I've ever received there. I had a big order and all of it was delicious. Thank you.

I ordered delivery off their website…..THEY chose the delivery of door dash….my ordered got picked up and never delivered…..so door dash says to contact the restaurant. When I did I was told to call Door dash! And am still fighting to get my money back on food I NEVER GOT! AND WHEN YOU CALL THIS SUBWAY, ALL THEY SAY IS SORRY! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS SUBWAY AGAIN!!
