I did a mobile ordered here and received it quick! Blanca served me and was one of the best workers I've met. Highly recommend going to this location of you are craving taco bell. Never had quality issues as well.Vegetarian options: Slim but still some. You can replace any item with beans. Protein bowl would be a good choice.

We visited Taco Bell for a quick bite and were surprised to learn that they no longer take your order at the counter, they have like kiosk type things (like a giant phone lol) where you place your order. I'm not sure when that was implemented, but it was a bit disappointing. It feels impersonal, just not having that human interaction/customer service. How can one build good customer service skills without practice? There's still the drive-through, so i guess that's where interaction can happen, so that's good. Maybe I'm just old school, I dont know. But the food here is always great, and they always get my order right. The ambiance inside is kinda dead. My 4 year old had asked why it was so quiet in there, and i do agree that maybe at least having some music playing would be nice. Overall, clean place from front counter, to dining area, to bathrooms, and great food. I love Taco Bell, and this location is my favorite from the ones in Pasadena that I have visited.Vegetarian options: They have several veggie options.

No one wanted to take our order we were forced to use a kiosk that is not hunger friendly!!! The menu is not easy to use or to place an order. It took 10 minutes to place an order. I would've left but the kids wanted tacos ?....I was very angry and disappointed!!!!

Chicken tacos dried out crunchy meat. Supreme taco only had grosse chicken and lettuce. Soft taco. Waste.

Attempted to order 3 times this morning. Once they never answered even though they were open, drove around and they answered after 5 minutes, took my order, told me to hold on, then greeted me again and asked for my order like I didn’t just order. Go home, you’re too high to be at work.

Never had a problem here before but today I had a few things that I was unhappy about in my order. First I ordered a Baja blast freeze and they gave me a regular Baja blast. Which I could deal with because it’s not a big deal but I get home and the cheese that comes with the nacho fries is less than half full and then the nachos bell grande was mainly chips with 5 tomatoes sprinkled and a spoon full of cheese. Very disappointed.

They left out four of my items and messed up one of my tacos. I lucky caught two of the forgotten items and asked them to fix the taco which they did but when I got home I noticed the other two missing items. This is not the first time I’ve visited where the order was messed up and several item were left off. I had already payed for the items they didn’t give me so I feel ripped off. Spent a total of 70$ so not getting all my food is a big deal to me.
