Drove 30 minutes the other night to only find that the restaurant was close. Restaurant Hours need to be updated!! I’m new to this area & was really hoping to eat some great Mexican food.

I think I now know why I was the only person in there the food was salty the hot sauce had a sour taste instead of spicy I don't really reccomend this place

Food was good... But The waitress over charged us about $10... And didn't give us everything we ordered... I been taking my family there for years... Not anymore...?

This place is not what it used to be. Chips tasted of old corn oil, that should of been changed days ago. Also when I got home, the queso from my queso fries was spilled all over my take out containers. So much for not having to do dishes...Also the fries were soggy, I live 7 minutes away. The barbacoa was dry and flavorless, salt couldn't even save it! The cheese enchilada sauce tasted instant, and had way too much chilli seasoning. Also the avocado tacos, just had lettuce and a sliver of avocado like 1/32 of one. This location has gone down hill, don't waste your time or money with them.

I always order the fajita tortas! It comes with plenty of fajita, tomatoes, lettuce,sour creme,avacados,and a big toasty bun.
I have been going to Taqueria Agave since it opened it doors 30 years ago and they still have the best Mexican food in Pasadena and the staff treats you like family!!!

I ordered gordita de fajita and let me tell you it was delicious. It did come with beans and cheese and the salsa was actually amazing. The ladies that worked there were all super friendly. Even for a Saturday they seemed to be a great atmosphere and to top it all off everyone was wearing a face mask something I appreciated. Will continue to order from here.
