Everything was delicious and good the only thing I didn't like if you don't pay attention is that they charge you the tip the tip is included so if you don't pay attention you double tip and on top of that the waitress don't tell you that I think that's unethical you should be able to tip as you were given the service that's what I think other than that is good just watch your ticket before you tip lol

horrible service, the employees are very rude. this restaurant gives off a superiority complex. as if their food is so good, they can be rude to it's customers. News flash their food is mid at best. Enchiladas are dry and blend tasting. That goes the same for their beef fajita. If thinking about eating here, look else where. There are many other taquerias in Pasadena with better service and food

The food is okay, very limited options to customize your food unless you want to pay more. They don’t serve red sauce cause the waiter told us that it is strictly for only chips nothing else and told to use the green sauce. We asked if the tortillas are homemade, waiter said yes. We tasted it and yeah it’s obviously store bought. Like why lie about it? Also I waited for a while for the waiter to bring the check. Took forever so I had to go to the front to pay cause I did not like being there. Yes I tried to catch her attention but no luck. The floor is so slippery in the restaurant, there several times I felt that I was going to fall.

This is my favorite location out of the 3. The food is always delicious especially my weekly go-to fajita chicken salad (a must try). The customer service here is great, Yorleny practically knows it’s me when I call to order & is always super kind. Emily is also so nice, I hope these girls stick around because customer service goes a long way when keeping returning customers.
