This has been my favorite location for well over a decade now. My food is always perfect! Norris and Evelyn have been serving my husband and I in those years. They always give excellent service and quality of food. I come back because of them. I'm afraid to go anywhere else because they now have us spoiled. Glad to see them still there.

Wow! Did I walk into a waffle house, or did I walk into heaven? Upon walking in I was greeted with such warmness from Kay our Waitress. She was the most attentive and outgoing person I have ever met in my 65 years of living. She gave me a hat, and told me that I'm pretty. I will never forget my experience at the waffle house, on Fairmont parkway. If she was single I'd marry her yesterday. Please be mine Kay, because every kiss begins with Kay. ?

Every time I have dined here the eats were scrumptious, the staff I find usually delightful, and atmosphere well there was no dancing or singing also no one says "HI WELCOME TO WAFFLE HOUSE!" Thank goodness. Left a $20 tip because he deserved it, that's not usual for me, but good service is good service. The food feels and tastes like comfort food, that's a hard find these days. It's a waffle house, but one of the cleanest, freshest eagle houses I have ever been in. We went in the middle of the night after an ER visit, and they were literally scrubbing down booths with a scrub brush and hot, soapy water. Also not sure how, but the waffle place always has the best burgers!

This is the first time I've been to The Waffle House, and we were not happy with the food quality. My scattered hashbrowns were on my husband's plate, his over-medium eggs were overcooked, and our bacon was burnt. And to make matters worse, the food was cold. The service was very slow. Hope the next time we visit, everything is better. But for now this is my rating.
