I was blessed to meet Ms Kim at the Deer Park location who I would say is a dedicated employee. She worked both Christmas and New Years. We were greeted immediately and taken care of promptly. Unfortunately she also had to deal with a group full of dimwits but handled everything like a champ. Thank you Ms Kim any establishment would be proud to have you as an employee.
Food is usually on point. Service is sloooooow, but my main gripe is they pretty much never answer their phone, day or night, obviously obstinately refusing to. Just can't give high stars to places that actively avoid taking orders, lol. I don't like dine in and want to order ahead of time, so that with the app being unfunctional, pretty much makes the act of getting Waffle House something I give up on now.

I went to Waffle House with the idea of not ordering a waffle! I've enjoyed their waffles in the past, getting the pecan, "nutty, like you!" variation! A visit almost a year ago to WH was a disappointment with the change in the waffle size, almost the size of the toaster variety! Big disappointment!
