I been grabbing $5 biggie bag for me and my lil man now we get free frosties all year yay great Crispy chicken sandwich lettuce is so crispy and not so much mayo like Jack ugh thanks Wendy's miss ya
I asked for a double baconator combo. I expressed to the cashier that I was willing to wait on fresh hamburger patties and fries. She explained that she was the cook and that they were fresh. I told her that I didn't want those and I was still willing to wait for some that were fresh. Because I like mime with the juice oil still in them and juicy. Unfortunately, Wendy's hamburgers dry out very fast. And they become hard and dry as the desert in your throat. The burger I received was semi- hot but dry anyway. I refused to go back. Because they may spit in my food or something. I only wish that they would listen to thier customers request, especially if we are willing to wait. Because this only leads to losing customers eventually. Instead of the lost of pre-prep food.

Waited here more than 20 minutes before someone came up to me and ask me if I needed to order anything. I came for an Uber so the order should have already been ready. What’s the point in ordering from an app if I still have to wait. The manager was no where to be found and the other two individuals which was a girl and a guy acted like I was a ghost. Btw having the chili like that is so unsanitary it doesn’t even have a lid.

I did take out. The food was hot and fresh. I did ask for no ketchup on my burger and unfortunately still got it so didn't enjoy my burger as much. The staff was friendly and helpful. Peaceful atmosphere and very clean.
