Not sure what they’re doing right the double lanes attempting to compete with Chick Fil A but it took them 20 minutes to get me my order. Their communication is terrible. I saw my order ready from the 2nd lane well before they handed me the order. Food was cold by the time I received it.

Some of the staff were rude, and the store seating area was dirty with trash on the floor and tables. My husband and I placed 2 different orders. And we both ordered during both. When 1 order came out, it had milkshakes. We then needed to wait for the actual food. We were not given drink carriers.The food came out, and a rude staff member called it, then reached it out, and I started to take it. He then went completely around my hand to hand it to my husband behind me. I asked for drink carriers and was ignored. My husband asked for drink carriers and had 2 carriers tossed on the counter in front of us instead of being handed to me as I reached for them. We were not given a bag for the carriers like everyone else was.I won't buy from a place with such a sexist employee. This location is losing it. It is going the same way the southmore location went. I would rather go to Deer Park and have cold food than this location where I still got cold food and liquid milkshakes.

Food was cold. Asked for fresh fries and was treated like how dare I ask for quality food I'm paying for. These fries were literally soggy and warm at best. Then, I let the girl know I didn't receive the apple pie in my order and was questioned as if I need a free damn pie. If I wanted two, I would have ordered two. I just wanted what I ordered and paid for and for it all to be pretty fresh considering we have to wait close to 30 minutes for an order. I'll avoid this location in the future.

Been here multiple times and every time there’s workers with an attitude, order comes out wrong, the facility inside (lobby area/drink area) is always dirty. Fries are never fresh and on our past 2 times you can tell they just throw them back into the fryer.
