They've been cutting the portions of fries smaller and smaller sometimes I get half of what they used to serve.The fries are also always soggy never crispy or hot it's a shame

Bunch of kids working here that have an attitude. Bad service, wings are either overcooked or undercooked, and fries are always soggy. I placed my order online and after standing for half an hour waiting for my order I finally got it after the cashier stopped talking to her coworker and bothered to do her job. By the time my name was called my wings had been sitting on that counter and were cold. I should’ve asked for a refund or for my order to be re-made. There is always an issue when I come here & that is why I stopped going to this location. I’d advice for anyone to drive out of their way to any other Wingstop location. I have no idea how this place is still in business

One of the most mediocre wingstop locations I’ve ever been in the Pasadena area, I ordered buffalo boneless wings, chicken tenders with ranch, fries, and a drink which was a Dr Pepper everything was good except the fries half of them are soggy and half them were dry always check your food before eating

If i could give this place a 0 stars i would! Wings were undercooked, fries were cold and unseasoned. They have kids working kitchen when they should have real adults handling the food for their business. I’m sure this place will get shut down soon, please read the reviews before making an order! Save your money and just go somewhere else or check your food before you leave since this place cannot be trusted!!
