This Arby's is fantastic. I've been to several different locations and this one far surpasses the others. Our food was super fresh and we got it quickly. Everything was exactly as ordered. The interior was very clean and everyone was very friendly. This is for certain the Arby's I'll stop at from now on.

I placed a large online order half an hour ahead of time and waited until the promised ready time to pick it up. Upon enquiring about my order, one of the two kitchen staff informed me that my order was still being prepared. The funny thing was there was nobody else inside or outside the restaurant during the whole time I was there. And I had been patiently waiting in the parking lot in front of their entrance for about 15 minutes before entering. So, I presumed my presence interrupted their lunch break.I patiently waited another 20 minutes before my order was ready. I wasn't in a hurry so I wasn't particularly annoyed by the delay.This was my first time ordering from any Arby's so I only relied on their Google rating as the only measure of expectations. However, I soon came to the realization that my visit was not appreciated. I suppose this particular Arby's management did not care about customer satisfaction or food quality. Their crispy chicken club wrap was cold and not crispy. Their roast beef sandwich was rotten. And their fries were soggy. Even their drinks were watery.Moreover, the woman who handed me my order did not say anything more than "Your order is ready."Needless to say this Arby's restaurant made a terrible impression on me and my kids. I definitely will not try another Arby's for a long time. I'm just baffled on how they managed to earn a 4.0 rating on Google. Perhaps, I was unfortunate enough to bump into their worst kitchen staff on that particular day.

I want Arby's to open a couple hours sooner. They could do breakfast sandwiches along with the others. You shouldn't have to wait hours before getting what you want. That's why service was 4 stars.Food was 4 stars because the melted cheese fish sandwich was just so messy; doesn't look like it could be such a catastrophe from the picture.

This place was pretty good and well maintained. The staff was nice and courteous. They just need more vegetarian meatless menu options as well as more discounts and deals for customers. Also, offer some promotions and savings so that families dining together will be able to take advantage of.
