I ordered on their website 15 min before I would get there , got a text that said it was ready and when I got there they hadn’t even started to make my coffee. The staff said that just the way it is… stick to Starbucks if your looking for faster /better service and less this place was more

Music was a little loud. I was there as the high school was letting out and it appears as though the coffee shop turns into a teenagers after school daycare. It wasn't just groups or a couple of kids hanging out. It was individual sprawled out in chairs nappingDietary restrictions: Nothing gluten free that I noticed

Shaken espresso was great. I found this spot unexpected and turned out it was chic and style coffee shop / coffee bar. I did not try bakery but definitely they smell very buttery and good. I love outdoor seating where I can enjoy chilly sunny weather. Love to be back one day soon!

The kitchen is a big mess and shows lack of cleanliness and hygiene. Spills of coffee, milk, syrups are all over the floor, walls, machines, and tables. Employees, after dropping utensils onto the dirty floor , simply picked them up and continued using them without proper washing.Urgently correct this before you poison your customers!

I’m trying to reach the manager of the store in Pearland and can’t reach them guess I will file ADA complaints about them and do business elsewhere in future. And also contact Texas Attorney General office as well for violating the law. The staff was too lazy to help with my order yesterday because they had no sugar at front door and of course they were in back instead of at counter helping customers.
A perfect spot for a morning chat with a friend! A few tables outside, various seating arrangements inside! Thank you, Black Rock!

Descent coffee shop in pearland. The store was understaffed and caused longer wait times. The store is very nice and hip. It's a cool and clean place to chill or grab a coffee to go.
