They had no clean knives. The waiter had no clue waiting tables. Moved slow with no urgency taking care tables. Had to ask for refills, slamming the cabinet door due to being out of silverware. Manager watching the Astros instead of checking on tables or assisting the staff.

There are very mixed reviews for this location. But we had a good experience. Our server Kyle was very friendly and attentive even though the place was full. Another employee stopped by a couple of times to check on us. Food was out in normal time and tasted good.

I don't leave a lot of reviews generally but I definitely had to leave one today. We went for my son's birthday and we had such a great experience. The server, Kyle was on top of his game and did everything to ensure we had a great experience. The food was good, but the best part was how special he made my son feel on his special day. When we come back, I will definitely be asking for Kyle again. He was fun, energetic and definitely made my son's day. Thanks again for your attentiveness and kindness.

I was disappointed by the amount of cheese on my nachos. I ordered the house sampler because I wanted a taste of everything. The cheese sticks were good, the wings were HOT, and I love spicy but whew. I got the wild flavor. I seriously had to dip my wings in the ranch to cool down the heat. The onion rings were a great sweet aspect of the plate. It truly did offset the spiciness. I will get the sampler again, but next time, I will ask for more cheese.

Whelp it’s nice to know that the Buffalo Wild Wings in Pearland is always consistently bad.I stopped going to this location because the quality of the food is terrible and it takes an act of God, or for you to know someone who works there to actually get good quality food that’s hot, fresh, and made how you want it.I ordered 15 traditional wings, extra crispy, all flats, and extra wet wild sauce. The wings I got weren’t extra crispy and weren’t extra wet. Some wings didn’t have any sauce on them at all.If you look on the receipt I ordered at 5:34pm. If you look at the yellow/white kitchen ticket the order was bagged at 5:38pm. That’s 4mins. I know it takes 12-13 minutes minimum to cook Buffalo wings. and another 3-5mins to make them extra crispy. That means you didn’t even try, you just wanted the order gone and off your screen so you don’t have to do anything. Now, I know that Buffalo Wild Wings mass cooks there wings and then keeps them in a heater till they serve them. But hell atleast re-fry them for a couple minutes! Something, anything to show me that you cared a little bit about my food. But again the is the Pearland location. They’ve been struggling for years with this and other issues. I should have known better.Well, I confirmed my suspicions and will never come back to this horrible location again. It’s such a shame that a building that looks that nice puts out food that constantly sucks so much. Such a waste.
