Very rude staff!!! Whenever I order in the drive thru, I feel like I'm being rushed. Also they don't even bother to acknowledge you once you get to the window and speak to them. Thank goodness I'm not too picky with my sauces because they surely give you whatever they decide to put on the bag and don't even bother to ask what you may want !!!!

If I could give this place a negative 1,000, I would. No customer service nor training appears to have been taught to the kids that are employed there. It doesn't matter how "busy" you are, always acknowledge your customers. You do not ignore them. We waited for almost 5 minutes with no acknowledgement at all. Will not be back. To all reading this, do not waste your time here.

I am highly disappointed in the service I received this morning from the on-site manager, who refused to give me her name. My order was wrong, so I drove back to the location after checking my food.After returning my breakfast sandwiches, I inquired about the procedures for my son's food now that he had to wait even longer to eat, which is now cold. She first suggested that I call the number on the receipt, which was the location's number, for my inquiry. I called, and no answer. I then parked my car and went inside, asking for an explanation. In a rude, discriminatory manner, the manager continued to brush me off because she was busy. I politely asked for clarity on the policies because not only did I desire an answer, but why was the response in the manner it was? Customer service provided from the top will cascade down to the staff, and they will follow his/her lead. The manager did not explain the policy regarding my request and told me to ask the General Manager, pointing her finger at the handwritten Post-it note she had just written on.As a new Texas resident, I felt discriminated against throughout my encounter!The customer service was unacceptable!Staff Training should be held starting from the manager down!I will be contacting the necessary personnel because I take this seriously. I could have been a shopper, and this location would have failed the test!

The whopper was soggy, and the meat was burned. This was absolutely the worst whopper that I tried to eat, but I had to put it in the trash.I will never waste my money at Burger King again.
