The food was good! You can't go wrong with the spicy chicken sandwich from Chick-fil-A - it always hits the spot. And the employees were amazing - so friendly and welcoming. I even saw one of them help an older man find something he had lost - it was super sweet of her!

Very disappointed in the food from here considering there was only 2 people in line. We had to pull into the drive thru parking spaces and wait for our food. The chicken sandwich was not edible and the fries were awful.

Every time I go here they take forever to get my order, like 15 minutes for a glass of tea!?!? Nobody in line and my order for a chicken sandwich I have to go drive and wait for them to bring it out to me?!? But wait, it gets better. Fries come out cold and undercooked and order still didn’t come out correct.I always looked at chic-fil-a as the best fast food chain, food is always super fresh, never waiting even when there are a million customers, and service with a smile. This specific chic-fil-a makes Burger King service look good…guess that is where I’ll go instead when I’m in pearland…. I won’t be coming back here again until I know there has been a change of management and I will be complaining to corporate about this…

My entire order was screwed up. I get a free meal and come by today to get it and no one ever told me the offer expires in 7 DAYS!!! I waited in line for 10mins in the drive thru for the manager just to tell me “SORRY” and I had to loop back around in line again to order. I guess this is how SIGNATURE MEMBERS are dealt with. Another family dinner ruined by their incompetence. Continue to forget to make sure all the food is in their drive through orders. This time they forgot a full meal and an additional sandwich. What makes it worse they want you to drive all the way back to the restaurant in order to make it right instead of refunding through the app.

And she's very rude, she rushes you every single time you order one little thing saying anything else and then my order was wrong I explain to the manager when I had to go back thru the drive thuh My order was missing things cause she kept rushing me that's probably why my order was wrong they charged me again for what was missing.smh worse service

This is the most "macdonalds" chick-fil-a ever. The staff is rude and they are always out of menu items. Given them multiple chances, because of convenience, but there are better options close by.
