It’s been a while since I’ve been back to this chilis as it used to be very dirty, servers were forgetful and very slow. This time it’s like new management came in and completely turned this place around. We had the best server, Aenya, she was fast and very kind. She definitely deserves a raise! Not only was she serving my table but many others and working at the host stand. Will definitely be back again.

Went straight in sat down the waiter came out asked a smart!!! question being rude when we responded back with the same attitude he gave to us he straight up said I refuse service took our menus walking off how can this place run a restaurant with servers not happy enough to serve the customers do not and will not recommend this place no management or anything showed face period

I like the old chili's menu. Service was great all the employees were great. Place was to loud with small kids crying and throwing fits while parents could careless.Wheelchair accessibility: Perfectly designed.
I came here before 1pm on 3/7/24 with my sister for lunch. It was not busy at all, yet once we were seated, NOONE came to our table. We had to eventually get up and leave because we were sitting there with not one person coming to get not even our drink order. This is not the first time this has happened, but I thought I'd give it another try and unfortunately was disappointed again! Will not go back and will make sure my friends and family know about it as well!

I usually like this chilis but tonight there were some obnoxious & loud people at the bar, and our waitress was right there with them being loud and goofing around.The only time we saw the waitress at our table was to take our order. Someone else brought the water, someone else brought the food, then nothing. After waiting a LONG time, I finally got up and asked the greeter for a condiment. Then after waiting a long time again after we ate, I had to get up again and ask the greeter for a box. All on the night of my birthday dinner!Thanks a lot Chilies, I will probably not return!

The waitress apologized for being understaffed as we were being seated. She was the only person working the floor, but was able to do a fair job of keeping up.The food came out hot for the most part, and was consistent with past visits in preparation. Everything was pretty much as expected.

Absolutely great food. And the staff is great and very helpful and attentive. Tried tequila options and I really liked the spicy option. I enjoyed it a lot. A must-visit place if you are around the area. Ample parking.

Large group of us, gave us good service and food was good.
Waited for over 30 minutes, and to our dismay, even the ordered drinks failed to come. The lone waitress valiantly grappled with the overwhelming workload, attempting to manage the entire service single-handedly. The prolonged wait and lack of efficiency... Worst experience...

My kids love Chili's and this location is pretty good any time you are dining in. The service and food are good. But any time we order food to-go, we have issues. Almost every time items have been forgotten and even when everything is there, the portions are terrible. Any time we order fries as part of a meal or an extra side there are hardly any fries in the boxes. We stopped ordering for so long and we tried again last night and had the same problem. I don't think we will order from this location again.
