The food was delicious, I ordered Pasta in Alfredo sauce with spectacular chicken and shrimp and also fajitas Trio meat, chicken and shrimp accompanied with rice, beans, guacamole and super delicious salad with a margarita and beer. Recommended.

Super slow service. Went with a family of 7 with 2 being kids. They brought out the kids food 20 minutes after ordering but the adults didn't get our food for another 40 minutes. So we couldn't even enjoy our food after trying to rangle 2 restless kids. The food was pretty good and it seemed like they were short staffed in the kitchen but had an abundance of servers which at least 3 were just sitting at the booth. I would try the other location down the street.

Sat, March 23: 330pm to 5pm: The young lady at the front that ask for the number of guests with glasses was extremely rude. We were sat in a space that wasn't suitable we ask the rep that sat us to ask if we can be relocated. He went to ask her and she disregarded him and he wasn't able to return to let us know. I had to get up and ask myself that's when she cuts me off and tells me I can sit elsewhere. The option was understandable, but it was her being rude and unprofessional that showed her lack of experience. I ask for her name and she ignored me multiple times and get speaking over me multiple times. That's when she provided me her name (Aliase) or something like that. I go back to sit down and the young man asked if I wanted to sit at the table they proposed multiple times after I told him we are okay, never mind. But again, inexperienced employees seem to think I'm at a level to entertain immature unprofessionalism. I must say immature behaviors tend to test your patience. Our server was excellent, professional, and attentive. Some of the staff that brought our food seem to be miserable, and I get it. We don't have the best of days but again I didn't make you apply and make your earnings where you are located, I have a life too and don't treat you as if it's your fault my issues are due to your causing. I'll never return again to this location due to the number of inexperienced young staff that treat you off of their emotional moments.

Bad experience slow wait service can't get the order right, slow food service cookers 40mins wait for food dirty tables, some of the food cold , chicken strips food dry look more like freezer burn cheese fries appetizer cheese burned over cooked not like the picture on the menu don't waste your time not worth your hard working money to come here, more like Chitties and this is the worst one I've been to.

Husband went to pick up take out order, waiting for over 20 minutes. Decides to go inside and ask for the order and they tell him their waiting for the salad to be made. I call multiple times to check on the order while he is there and they pick up dont answer and hang up on me three times. Spent almost 40 minutes waiting for a curbside order to be taken out at the time they stated the food would be ready. Not a good experience.
I came here with my son to get a dessert and stood at the front of the restaurant at the hostess station for almost 10 minutes before being acknowledged by anyone. Every waiter and waitress walked by us and even looked me in my face, but did not stop to say hello, welcome to Chili’s, have you been helped, or we will be with you in just a moment. Two of them even stood feet away holding a full conversation and still nothing. A family that walked in after us stood there for a while and experienced the same thing. They turned right around and left. I would’ve done the same if I had not already promised my child their molten cake. When the hostess finally showed up, I said this to her and she looked at me dumbfounded. Not even an apology and I’ll help you. She said with sarcasm, “So, do you want to speak to a manager or do you want to be seated?” I told her that yes I wanted to speak to a manager and that I indeed wanted to be seated with my son. The manager came and apologized for us not being acknowledged. She mentioned they were in the middle of shift change, but that wasn’t an excuse to not have been acknowledged. However, I feel each person working here should know to acknowledge customers when they walk through the door whether they are a host or not. We sit, order a molten cake and they bring it to the table cold. We’ve had this dessert many times and it’s supposed to be warm. This establishment has poor poor service. The manager had to apologize again and then make bring the dessert to us herself.

The food is in better quantities if you dine in instead of getting delivery. The food was okay, but I would never order the 6 oz sirloin again. I literally thought it was round steak due to the cut. It was pathetic.
