It was not busy and no one was behind me when I went the food looked great but they were really rushing me and I had to keep repeating that it was my first time there and they just had the fakest smile on I honestly so t even know what I ordered anymore with how fast I was rushed . It really killed my experience from everything I was told it was going to be like. Even register was rushing she had not noticed I had two burritos and had to charge the other one separate.

The young Latina worker at the front of the line needs to be disciplined. Her customer service skills are non-existent. When my girlfriend asked for extra rice instead of beans, she gave us a disgusted look and then proceeded to have poor body language. She then kept making remarks to us and we asked her “Is there a problem?”. She responded with an attitude and then aggressively handled the next customer’s food order. I am disappointed by the type of service and respect shown at this location.

Went today around 9pm and was served by some young Latina working the line, and i have the following to say about my experience. She should not be in any customer service job, or any job that serves people. When i walked in like i always do i asked for her to change her gloves before handling my food. when i had made this simple request she stated "are you allergic or WHAT" with the biggest stank face i have ever seen. I told her it is my preference and i request any line worker to do it. When in fact one of the reasons is when i walked in they were all talking around the prep table and one of the cooks was SCRATCHING THE BACK OF ANOTHER COOK cutting meat and went straight back to cooking food without washing hands or changing gloves. she made my food with an attitude and gave me a microdose of carinitas in each taco i could tell it was her attitude was leading the way. if chipotle is about being real by "treating our people right" & being "committed" this line worker is doing the opposite. Do not go to this location it is run by children and there hand hygiene is terrible....

I will start this review by saying that I actually love Chipotle. I have never had a bad experience when visiting the stores.Generally everything taste amazing. The service is usually great and the atmosphere refreshing. When I ordered today from DoorDash? The Dasher delivered my food. I grabbed my bag and instantly. I was thinking. Wow, this bag seems kind of light. (For 2 bowls) I checked the bag and the bowls were half full... not much rice or beans or lettuce. Great taste. But after spending $40 on 2 bowls,I wasn't very happy with the order . Thanks. But I'm still hungry.... usually I have left over for later bur not this time.
