Absolutely fantastic and delicious. Customer service was great the lady actually took time to explain the meun. The dole icecream is the best i ever had lol. They aslo gave samples. The chocolate chip cookies are soft and moist mmmm. I recommend this place. My family will be back.

My boyfriend brought me a very berry cinnamon roll. It looked old and disgusting. I was extremely disappointed because I usually have a great experience but this last visit was so disappointing I don’t want to waste $8 for a treat when I could have a meal insteadNeedless to say I wished he would have checked the box instead of blindly picking it up. I gave two stars based off I usually get good service.

Beautifully made soft and fluffy cinnamon rolls with lots of amazing toppings. Amazing staff. It's so delicious. This is my new go-to over Cinnabon. I hope they open one in my area, but even if they don't, I will still be happy to drive 45 minutes to get these cinnamon rolls. Everything was made from scratch in-house. It's so tasty. If you haven't been here before, I definitely recommend trying it!

Went in on a Sunday afternoon to get a couple of coffees and some sweet treats. Coffee was ice cold, the cashier was rude and refused to heat or brew a new pot. After pointing out I could chug the coffee and that’s not how it’s supposed to be served I was offered a refund by another staff member.

Was sooooo good! I had the strawberry cheesecake cinnamon roll, and it was amazing and it wasn’t super sweet like most cinnamon rolls, which is GOOD because you actually can enjoy the cinnamon roll.

CinnaMom here with a VERY exciting review!Today, I had the pleasure of trying a roll from Cinnaholic. I got the Old Skool.This roll is perfection. The dough is soft, fluffy, outstanding. The cinnamon to dough ratio is just right. A very generous helping of buttery glaze tops this delicious roll. They put more than was necessary, really, but this cinnalover won't complain.I really think this is on par, or dare I say, even better than Cinnabon?10/10
Great dessert and service. Also, good people. The peach cobbler is delicious as well as the pineapple upside-down cake. Really, I haven't had anything so far that wasn't good.

You can either have them load up your cinnamon roll to whatever your sugary tooth desires, pick a pre-determined roll with just the perfect flavors or go old skool and light on the icing, so you don't feel like your in a sugar coma afterwards.I've tried the old skool, a build your own with light cream cheese frosting and pecans and the banana foster. It's hard to pick just one because they are all seriously amazing. We also bought the baker's dozen ($72) for a group of friends and they thoroughly enjoyed it.The cinnamon rolls start around $5 and go up to a bit over $7, so it definitely is pricey. But having this nice treat one in a while is all worth while.

What a grand idea - take a sugary dessert that Americans already love and stack even more sugary toppings on top of it! If this doesn't scream 'Murica and sheds proudful tears from a bald eagle, then I don't know what else would.This isn't our first Cinnaholic experience, so we were well familiar with the process. You can pick a signature cinnamon bun from the menu which comes with a pre-set topping combination, or you can custom make one with whatever you want. We opt for the easier option and chose from the banana foster from the pre-set menu for us to share, and a bakers dozen to bring to an event. Surprisingly, even with little notice, the staff was able to prepare this huge order within minutes (very much appreciated). I still recommend ordering large orders ahead of time.The banana foster is indulging to say the least. The cinnamon bun was warm, soft, and chewy. The frosting was sweet. The banana foster toppings gave it an even more familiar taste. The overall dessert is super sweet, so it'll be a good idea to plan a high energy activity afterwards, or take a long nap, whatever floats your boat!

I visited this location on 7-19-2023 when they were offering $2 "Old Skool Rolls". My family and myself purchased 5 of these rolls and brought them back home. Inside is a bit cramped, but they still have a few tables that allow some customers to sit and snack. They have a lovely display of the different cinnamon rolls they offer and they all look absolutely delicious. Service from our cashier was great. Nothing bad to say about her, nothing overly amazing. Still considered 5 stars for the service though. I was eager to give this spot a 5 star at the beginning of eating my Old Skool Roll. Frosting was AMAZING. So delicious! The roll started out so awesome! It was incredibly soft, similar to soft sandwich bread. That should have been my red flag, but I kept eating. A good portion of the center of my roll was still dough. And yes, I put a large bite into my mouth and got to chew on almost a gum textured dough. Ya know, not breaking down the longer I chewed. No, I didn't swallow it! I do have a photo, but chose to not post it as it was chewed up LOL Overall, I am giving this location a 3 star with the possibility of giving them a second chance and trying again.
