Our service was exceptional this day. Our food was good and it was hot. Great deal for our money.I had the honey molasses, chipotle chicken anyway I don’t remember the exact name of it, but it was so good chicken with a honey molasses gravy with slices of bacon over it and cheese all melted umm umm good

Never again, we got here and waited more than an hr to get a table even though we were on the waiting list an hour prior. Order right away and still waited for more than an hour and a half. Food wasn't great at all. Lettuce and green beans look old, and steak was extra crispy hard to cut, mash potatoes dry. NOT GOOD AT

Horrible service NATASHA! Not sure why you’re an apron with 5 stars on it, definitely cannot be for good customer service. It took over 20 min just to get our drinks, the food we ordered took over 45 min. Mind you we did not go during rush hour, and even if you all were short handed (by the looks of it yall were not with all the extra employees standing around) no one came to our table to communicate anything. The food was way too salty and cold. And to top it all off my husband and i both got food poisoning! I should have known this was coming after hearing a lady puking in the restroom!

It is what it is. The food was not seasoned. Not even a little bit. Not even salt and pepper. The pancakes tated almost uncooked and extra greasy. The sausage undercooked. The bacon was so thick. Thicker than my liking. Not a fan and now I remember why I don't go there. Our waiter was amazing.

Online Ordering for pickup is horrible. Do not recommend. Get ready to wait an additional hour on top of the 25 minute window from placing your order. Then still receive cold, salty mediocre food. All you get is a pathetic apology from the manager no type of comp for horrible customer service and inconvenience. If I was to dine in, it would not take y’all an hour and half to bring my food out to my table, so to go orders shouldn’t be treated this way. This location needs to be shut down immediately.

Had the best service from Brandy S. that we’ve ever had at the Pearland Cracker Barrel. Her suggestions on the menu were great and her service was phenomenal. Pecan pancakes were on point.
I just went there this evening Saturday evening April 13, and the two guys working the gift shop are amazing!! Very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to help everyone. Give those guys a raise! They made the place a pleasant atmosphere.
