Went to get ice cream tonight … note on door states “No Ice Cream” geez it’s Dairy Queen wth it’s like McDonald’s with no fries…totally disappointed!!!

There were only 2 women working at the time. The place is old and not well maintained. The floors in the kitchen were soaking wet when I went. There was a lady out in the dining room that came into the kitchen and asked what the order was on her way to work the kitchen. The lady at the counter replied "I know you just heard me say...", because she clearly did hear the order. She just didn't want to be there. Needs new management and a remodel. Do not recommend.
I want a refund!!!Our family has supported this location since it opened but tonight's chicken strip (not tenders) meal was disappointing. Chicken strips were dry and tender size, toast also went through the dehydrater and wasn't much bigger than a Saltine Cracker, fries tasted old, and the gravy, which is always a great accompaniment to the meal, was subpar.At a price of $9.99 per meal, this experience is another example of a chain restaurant that has raised prices since COVID yet failed to provide equivalent quality food.When our teenagers say they prefer to not eat at Dairy Queen in the future, you know it was ?.

This place is hood. Ordered a #1 w/cheese then after sitting in the drive thru for longer then usual I got my meal and drove 1 street over to park and eat. Only ate the fries, threw the hamburger away. Couldn't eat it the bun was all soggy and wet, cheese didn't even began to melt, and just didn't look to appetizing. Hopefully the Whataburger around the corner isn't as bad because I'm hungry

Went in to ask if they were participating in the Veterans day promotion. The worker told me no. which is okay. I didn't mind that. The worker however made it seem like even answering my question was a huge effort and that I was putting her out . There were zero patrons in the restaurant at 2pm on a Saturday. Very rare in my experience for a Dairy Queen.

Rude employee working the window tonight. Messed up both our meals. She had a nasty attitude when we told her no onions on our burger. She snapped at us and said there were no onions on the burger. She gave us the wrong meal too. Ever since the “remodel” the new employees are trashy. Waste of time and money.
