I’ve ordered from this location, maybe 3 times and each time there’s been an issue.Our last order, we received someone else’s food and when I called I was put on hold for 12 mins. I ended up driving there before anyone ever picked the phone back up and my food was still sitting on the shelf.Tonight, apparently Pibb isn’t an option, even though it’s on their website, so we received a coke in its place. No one here drinks coke and when we called, we were informed they no longer carry Pibb. After hanging up, I realized the marinara we paid extra for wasn’t with our order either.I’m just done with this location.

Orders and service are 100% everytime for me. Order through the app for pick ip and never had and problems and the pies themselves are awesome. Ive eaten at all the 'boutique' pizza places but this location's thin crust is awesome - i dont even trust other domino's locations. Easy quick pickNever used delivery - but why when pickup is so easy.Staff super friendly and store clean and tidy.Dont recommend chicken items - highly recommend thin crust and cheesy bread. Ive ordered easy 20-30 tines from here - always puckip

Absolutely worst experience ever with dominos. I was shocked at how unprofessional Megan (who’s the manager by the way) was at this store.I made a mistake on my online and immediately called the store right after to ask if I could change it, and she was so nasty and so rude about it it I decided to cancel my order since I couldn’t change it.I then decided to to place another order with the proper information and she called to tell me they weren’t going to waste food so she’s cancelling the new order I placed.Never in a million years have I seen such condescending behavior from people working in a customer service position, especially in a manger role. People make mistakes all the time and for something as simple as changing the crust I didn’t understand why she was so disrespectful and rude about it. I had 3 pizzas and wanted to change only 1.I asked for the regional manager and she gave me the name Casey Myers along with an email address. I will be pursuing and filing a complaint with someone at the corporate level. Some people shouldn’t be allowed to represent the brand especially when dominos motto is “Champion Our Customers”.“We deliver on our promises, treating each order and interaction as an opportunity to deepen relations by delivering great product, service, and experiences.”TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION! I urge you all to go to the one on shadow creek.

The staff there were kind and very understanding. My GPS wasn't working properly, and I couldn't find the store. I called there and one of the staff members were kind enough to lead me to the promise land ha ha.When I got there I attempted to leave the guy a tip, and he insisted that I keep it. Stating that it wasn't a big deal, if only he knew how many people probably wouldn't have done that.The food was excellent! It was cooked to perfection! I would definitely recommend ordering an ooey gooey cheesey pizza from them.

I love my neighborhood Dominoes! Always hot, fresh and on time. My delivery drivers are always courteous and deliver with a smile.
Pure trash. I was gonna write a long review but decided that it’s not worth my time. Management should review how customers are treated over the phone and review the quality of the product that is being served. I will not order from this location again. Papa John’s or Pizza Hut it is !!!!!!

We haven't ordered Domino's Pizza in so long the last time we did they were still @ CR90&518, then they had to go and start advertising those loaded tots so you know we just had to place an order & while we were at it figured we'd get a pizza too & WOW, I haven't had a pizza that good overall from any chain pizzaria in a LONG LONG TIME! I can't eat pizza often but we will definitely be back, & the delivery fella was top notch, very prompt, professional and respectful. Thanks Domino's.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Twice my order was done incorrectly. I was told by manager that she would not remake my pizza. I said I could bring the pizza I picked up back uneaten with receipt and she told a male employee to tell me she no longer remakes pizzas. So I stopped going there and get my pizza at another location where the customer service is great and the pizza is made correctly as I order it. I got my money back after going to corporate and BBB but will never go to this location again because the manager doesn't know what customer service is.

Today was a Horrible Experience at this location! I Always come to this location, but my Daughter was waiting on our pizza and wings. She noticed that a lady came out of the restroom and didn't wash her hands but went back to preparing our food. Then she noticed some other workers dropping FOOD on the floor and as they picked it up they didn't wash their hands but continued to make the pizzas. I Only eat at this Location but I WILL NEVER EAT HER AGAIN. SOMEONE NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS MATTER.
