The cashier who served us spoke very badly to us and threw our order at us and when we entered the cooks stared at us and the hamburgers are not very good since they needed to be cooked more, we also spoke with the boss there and he told the cashier but she laughed and I don't recommend this place but other stores do .

I rarely visit 5 GUY'S but I will start going more often. I can't show any photos because I devoured my little bacon cheeseburger that wasn't so little. I added mayo, lettuce, pickles (kosher, by the way),grilled mushrooms, and grilled jalapeños. Oh my goooosh! I am about to be in a burger coma, especially because I also had the bag full (order the little one) of Cajun fries. Everything was seasoned, and I mean everything. I'll be sleeping in the next hour. The young lady at the counter was so pleasant that I had to leave a tip!

I have always loved 5guys! Great food and service today. Shout out to Shelly the assistant manager. We had a small mixup with our ordering, Shelly overheard and immediately fixed the problem! Customer service at its Best! I can honestly say everyone was very nice and welcoming!

Don’t like leaving bad reviews but when your staff aren’t in a good mood it reflects on the entire establishment. Ordered lunch with my husband and while my husband was ordering Eva R had the most unwelcoming attitude I honestly wanted to get a refund and take my business somewhere else but decided to take the food to go the mood in the store is so dry, please hire more welcoming staff members.

I didn’t even know that I liked Five Guys until I visited this location. The food is always fresh and the customer service is always pleasant. Not to mention they keep the dinning room very tidy. I am pescatarian, so I always order the Veggie Burger with cheese.

Really good food and service . Prices have sky rocketed over the years and fries are greasy. You get a lot of fries for your buck but they're so coated in oil they need to be double bagged for takeout option. All in all, good food

It had been a long while since I checked out Five Guys so I was overdue. I stopped by on a Tuesday evening for a late dinner. You order at the counter and then they call your number when your food is ready. Five Guys has a simple menu. Burgers, hot dogs, and fries for the most part. And you can customize your toppings and sauces and all that good stuff. I went with a bacon cheeseburger with a small fry and a drink. One of the things that Five Guys is known for is that they give you quite a generous portion when it comes to your fries. They'll just pour them into your brown paper bag so it's overflowing. And you can also go with Cajun fries if you want a kick. The burgers aren't as large but they do have a nice griddle on them. And they also have complimentary peanuts. You won't leave hungry. I'd put Five Guys in a similar echelon as Shake Shack and In 'n Out. I will say I was surprised at how pricey a meal is here. It's not what you would expect from fast food.

My daughter had 8 8yr girls for my granddaughters bday. The food was good but the workers were great with the noise of 8 little girls one of the male cooks even pulled out 2 dollars from his wallet when we sang happy birthday yes I know you're saying 2$ isnt much but its not the money its the kindness you just don't see often.the 3 workers all were pleasant smiling and never came and asked the girls to quiet down.

Walked in the restaurant at 9:57 to order a burger. Doors were unlocked. A girl working at the grill looked at me with her mouth open. She was cooking two burgers. She told me that the restaurant was closed. I said that it’s not 10 o’clock and the door was open. She stared at her coworker and just stood there. Needless to say that the she was the only one getting fed tonight with those two burgers on the grill.
