“I wonder if we'll ever have breakfast here again.I stopped by on a flight from Houston to El Paso.I ordered the Texas style breakfast. Local food is the most interesting thing for travelers.Yeah. It was a good American breakfast. The fries were exceptionally good.I wish it had a bit more of a Texas feel to it. Smoky or Texas BBQ flavor.“
“Great variety and good food from the few trucks we've tried. Issue is, its hit and miss on when they're actually open. We've gone twice on the weekdays, once 3 trucks were open and the 2nd time none were. Assuming it must be primarily for the weekends.“
