I have been a loyal customer of this location for over 10 years and will never go back. On national burrito day, I received multiple texts encouraging me to order dinner. I placed an order for my whole family as we were attending our child’s after school event. It was promised to be ready at 6:30 pm. When my husband arrived for pick up they said they had a glitch in their system (their app) and couldn’t have the order ready for another hour and a half. This was at 7 pm. We could not wait to eat or feed our kids after 8:30 pm so he left and we made dinner at home. I put in multiple complaints through their surveys and via email. The resolution was to offer us 50% off our next meal. So we were to pay more in the future for meals that cannot be promised. I ended up disputing the charge through my cc company and they were able to refund the amount. They have had glitches before, so I have lost my trust in this franchise.

Been here since 4 years old, had some fun experiences there and the Statue of Liberty woman riding the motorcycle. I loved it a lot more then Chipotle, and the kids meal there was the BOMB. (Not a kid- but a teen now :( but otherwise still da bomb). I would recommend burrito bowl and the burrito but, you be you. FWB 4 EVER!!! RAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH!!! (9.8/10)Kid-friendliness: Well I am kinda technically a kid but, STILL.. IT MIGHT BE A BIT SCARY AT FIRST when you are asking what you want in your burrito or bowl but they are nice. They won't bite. 100%

Burrito was ok. My 2nd time trying freebirds. Maybe it's the certain Burrito I'm trying, but it's not giving me that "top 5 Burrito places". Maybe it's just me. I got a monster Burrito, the cayenne tortilla special. The flavors weren't really popping. Says it says it has queso in it, but I didn't taste any of that, maybe should have gotten extra but I didn't taste a hint of queso. And the steak, I couldn't really taste it. Usually good season steak, you can taste it within the combination of a Burrito, it's going to standout. But most of what I got from the Burrito was the taste of the tortilla and the rice. Was disappointed. Would I be willing to give it another try? Of course, but in the near future. I love burritos, maybe I came on the wrong day or maybe the person who was making it didn't put enough "mmmmmhhpp" in it. But I don't want my opinion to steer away anyone, just don't come in with high expectations.

Very good burritos. I enjoy Freebirds far more than other places. Lots of choices to build your own. Have never dined in, so can't comment on atmosphere...looks to be clean establishment. 4 stars only because the chicken is too dry for me, even loaded with wet toppings. Love the steak though...and its abundant!Ps...hire a good social media manager so that it's not robotic responses (copy/paste much?) Let your personality shine!
