Fuddruckers is usually pretty good. This location is awful. They were out of a lot of things and none of the employees seem interested in doing anything. They were out of mustard...how does that happen? The place was dirty. The food took a long time to come out. The place wasn't busy either. There was one order ahead of ours and nobody came in after us. The chicken was cold. Don't come here, complete garbage experience.

Let's talk about the worst restaurant that Ive ever seen. Dont get me wrong I LOVE the food. But I will never return to this location EVER. First when I walked in it didn't look all that bad after I ordered & paid my husband and I started walkin toward the drink station to fill the drink cups. And what did we find the condiments bar looked like a tornado hit it. There was no tomato's their was onion all over the place the drink station was even more gross it was over flooded with water at the bottom of one. The tables where ALL dirty the other side of the condiments section where u get your ketchup, mustard and other things where dirty. The only reason why someone started cleanin the lobby up is cuz my husband started talking s**** The employees OMG the employees if the look of the restaurant didn't drive u away the uncomfortable attitude of the employees would send you over the top. The girl at the register acted like she didn't even want to be here and i over heard her tell I guess a manager that she didn't want to work over here. And the cooks where loud obnoxious and didn't have a filter when it came to the way they spoke. Using profanity and talking s*** to my husband when he asked for a refund cuz the look of the restaurant ran us away. We didn't eat there we got our money back and will never be returning again. Thank you so much for putting a horrible taste in my mouth for Fuddruckers. The one star is giving it a compliment.

This location has gone downhill quite a bit. The tables were extremely sticky and my phone and actually stuck to it when picking it up to leave. A lot of the lettuce was dry and had brown edging. Even the ketchup pump station was so low that you had to pump several times (10-20X) just to get the amount of a normal squeeze packet would be. The Coke machine head low syrup for the Barq's cream soda and the other had no ice. For two meals of singles with fries and drinks, (the amount of fries was pretty sparse), was certainly not a good value any longer. What a shame

Dwayne the server does not value the employees that patron the store. She has a very nasty attitude and has sealed that I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Extremely unprofessional. The oldest man had the nerve to ask me personal question about my body and keep looking at my chest. Then when I told them no cheese on my burger, they cooked the burger with cheese then snapped it off with there hands and tried to serve it back to me. They men working behind the counter were loud and obnoxious. Seriously improvement. This is just one of the reason why there are no customers.

Food was good..the soda fountain was out of order but we were given the flavor we needed.
Really confused about what happened here. Walked in and the place looked abandoned. I stood at the register and had three workers stare at me but no one came over to take our order. Guy that took my order was honestly rude. Got my order wrong. Fries were overcooked. All of the tables were dirty and ended up just cleaning off my own table.

I decided to treat my brother here since this was one of his favorite places. The food was amazing and the cook who given my food was respectful and nice, however the young lady with the brown hair at the register gave us attitude from the time we walked in and literally when we walked out. She rolled her eyes and gave a snappy tone for no reason. My brother and I wasn't okay of how she spoke to us and it almost messed up our experience eating there. I will understand if things were stressful but literally there was literally about 5 people including me and my brother in there So, I'm sorry in advance for those who may experience the same manner that she has given us, but we were not okay with it. Might as well eat at a further location.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We ordered online for pickup. Went in the restaurant to pick up and saw the employees handling raw meat and buns with the same gloves. We overheard them say that they were out of onion rings but they do not ask us if we want to substitute or refund. They do not put fries or onion rings in the bag, I guess hoping that we wouldn't notice till we got home. When we mention that to them, after they got the burgers ready, they started to prepare the fries and have us wait while the burgers are ready and getting cold. They refuse to refund the onion rings and tell us we need to go online to do it. We ask for the manager, an employee goes to Luby's to look for them but the manager never shows up. The employee gives us the refund after all. What a disappointment. I should have noticed the bad reviews and not ordered from here. Complete waste of money. I urge you not to go here. Too many better burger places in Pearland. Jax is one and not far from there.
