Sunday evening, we waited 5 minutes to finally be noticed to get seated. Another 5 waiting for a waitress to take our drunk order. Drinks arrived, and we ordered our appetizers and meals. Appetizers were out after 15 minutes. 45 minutes after being sat down, our meals arrived. Salads were warm, and the fries were COLD. Boneless wings room temp.Now, if this place was packed, I would say ok. However, only 8 tables with guests in the entire restaurant. Would not recommend.

So great atmosphere great service but their food freaking sucks I will say this do not get their mini burgers okay I ordered their mini burgers they look nice and great in the menu you know but then when I ordered them instead of getting the condiments that it's shown on the menu what they did was literally put a freaking piece of chicken slapped it between two pieces of bread and then put a hamburger bun with American cheeseI'm disgusted with their damn service food

If I could give zero stars I would. Mystique needs a new job. As well as your manager. Went in obviously this location is very short staffed. With minimal customers I’m not sure where the disconnect is. As a business owner this location is an absolute nightmare! Server had no pen and put our order in wrong. When our order finally came out the fries were from hours ago and my wings were not brought out. So we told your wonderful server we were missing the wings and she said she would check, went on to take another order and put that in then go take a photo print out a ticket and ask your manager in training. At this point the situation is beyond ridiculous. We flagged down manager in training he came over said he’d get the manager who never even came over! Wings came out and they were cold and had been cooked for awhile. Don’t even waste your time at this location. This is a horribly managed location with even worse staff
Mr monkey doesn’t really get the $ex Appeal but that’s probably cause I’m ace but the waiters are quite nice and their is much goofy ahh alcohol.The food is good Mr monkey got a Philly cheesesteak sandwich and it was quite tasty.I would have enjoyed it more if it was a femboy hooters tho. UwUMr monkey approves ??

The fries were good, just the wings were not what I am used to. And while the staff was more or less friendly she only brought my drink and food but then didn't come back except to bring check, stood at end of bar talking to another customer the entire time I was eating.

Came into this location for BOGO wings and the establishment smelled of vomit and diarrhea as soon as you walked into the dining room. Wings and fries was ordered but the fries came out 15 minutes after the wings. Wings were not fried hard as requested. Service was great. Tipped the waitress since the hair we found in the food definitely wasn't hers. Thought I was eating in Crazy Alan's Swamp Shack restroom, in front of Baybrook Mall ?
