Fortunately there's some outdoor seating. Otherwise just get your stuff and go. Cleanliness behind the counter was great, they just need to work on cleaning tables more, because lots of people bring kids in here and kids are super messy.Parking: You're not likely to find a space in front of the store, but there is plenty of parking nearby, so you'll have to walk.Kid-friendliness: Very kid friendly. Kids are constantly running around screaming and this is considered fine.“

“Rolled through the drive-through on a Saturday evening at 5 PM there were 3 young people working there, could not have been any older than 16 to 17 years old and they freaking rocked! Sarah, Grant, and Trenton did such an OUTSTANDING job on our desserts. Beautiful presentation, hot and fresh waffle. So proud of these kids, they are running that place like a boss! Very kind and courteous :)“

“The cupcakes are good & moist. Their icing is a bit too sweet for my taste, but most people love it. They also have a small selection of ice cream! They have some cute stuff in the small shop area. If you're nearby, it doesn't hurt to try new cupcakes.“
“Found this little gem today. Reminds me of being back home in AZ where you find spots like this everywhere. The raspados are amazing with the fresh fruit & crema. I even told the girl that the scoop was very small and she just looked at me. Hello?? Geez. I want a refund or another scoop of ice cream. I could’ve bought 2 gallons of ice cream for the price of this half scoop. It must be rectified.
